Large, airy room. Traditional, old fashioned hotel with bar, restaurant, coffee shop and food hall. Full price should have been Eur 310 per night, per room without breakfast which was totally overpriced. Booking through you we paid Eur 84 per night which was value for money. |

Convenient city location. Room was quiet (if a bit small ). Buffet breakfast was good. Poor value for a solo traveller. Disappointed that "the spa" was not a leisure centre, but a very expensive "threapy"location. |

The Imperial Hotel is a gorgeous Hotel. All the staff were very helpful. The concierge was very willing and the reception staff so nice. It was also a very central hotel in a quiet area but not far from the shops, bars and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and definetly come back and stay here. |

The location was excellant for shopping and dining. The superior room was very dissappointing. The window in the room looked out onto a dark high wall a few feet from the window. No natural light in the room. Having said that, we didn't ask to move room, as we requested a smoking room and were told when confirming booking that the superior rooms were non-smoking and that there was one specially put aside for smoking requests. |

Staff were helpful and friendly and the building is really lovely. we loved the ambience of the bar. The bedroom was too warm and with windows open too loud. The spa was promoted but not mentioned on line that use of hydortherapy was extra. Spa overpriced. Bed room wondow dirty. Bedroom decor was very dull and brojng with no creativity - a poor contrast with the rest of this really magnificent building. Just back form similar price hotel in paris and bedroom truly beautiful. |

Its location was excellent right in the heart of the city..and loads of shops Cark park 2 far from the Hotel...I would not recomend that a female park the car alone especially at night as the cark park is in an islolated part of the city...I think the Hotel should put on courtitsy transport to and from the Hotel..purly down to safety reasons |

Very friendly staff upon arrival. Room was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Bar food finished at 9.30 which I thought was bit early. |
