Its a really nice hotel, food was lovely and staff were lovely We attended a wedding and the room was mot ready until after 2. The room was lovely but small and a bit dark but the furniture was dark.

very good position:) Reception personal terribile! Old hotel,without construktion!need a new color....bathroom with mildew!!! wery small room...just terrible ... And SPA Swimming pool aria separate,not in the hotel!,you must pay extra for it!,and close in the afternun 6.30!so there is no possibility relaxing in the night!!!

Great location - great shops and bars within a few minutes walk (including the famous Hi-B bar. The Hotel itself has very nice bar and restaurant and a charming reception area. Very good shower in bedroom - plenty of hot water too Its an old hotel so rooms are bound to be a bit cramped - nonetheless the rooms are still run down looking. Bed was uncomfortable due to an unnecessary and far too soft bed topper. Windows are flimsy and useless in keeping out noise from the street below. This also make sleep difficult. A nice hotel - but disappointing generally

Cleanliness Location Might I suggest that the reception staff need both customer facing training and also upselling skills. Not that they were rude but perhaps 'brusque in their efficiency' - no potential upselling to better room on arrival or extras (spa etc) - perhaps restaurant booking or room service, and at checkout the head missed opportuniies of both ascertaining reasons for stay, souvenirs, onward destination, my views on hotel - in fact just the basics!

Friendly staff always ready to assist when asked. The rooms were adequate and in keeping with the price. Overall good. There was a loud disturbance in the room next to mine. It was let continue for three hours during which I could not sleep.

I chose this location due to proximity to my Cork office. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was positive, friendly and accommodating. I would most certainly recommend and intend to stay again on my next trip.
