The room was nice and clean. Nice location overlooking the beach. The breakfast was lovely and the lady who served us nice and friendly

I loved the view from the B&B, the staff was extemely friendly, and the food was great.

The room was extremely cold; lack of heat. The room did not have a view of ocean.

The heating was tuned on to late , the room including bath where not really warm .

It was clean- main priority. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made us welcome. Water hot and shower facitlities very good.

Car port rough and walk to restaurant dangerous. Wi fi only in restaurants so not accessible to those who didn't use restaurant. Floor boards creak, making night use questionable ie would it disturb other guest?

THE LOCATION: Inch Beach House B&B is within easy walking distance of lovely and relaxing Inch Beach.

Be advised: THERE IS NO WIFI AT INCH BEACH HOUSE. In order to use the free wifi, guests must travel to Sammy's Restaurant and Bar, c. 400m down the road. THE VIEW: The windows in our top-floor SUPERIOR DOUBLE room were small roof windows, so the views (of the beach, the water, and the mountains across the water), though pleasant, are rather limited -- nothing spectacular.

Everything spotless and well presented. The view from the front rooms of Inch beach are unrivalled. Breakfast looking out towards the Kerry was a real treat.

Shame we were given a room at the back looking out on a building site. But Mark, the owners son, appeared in 2 minutes following a phone call and we had a beautiful upstairs room with a fantastic view.

Location/view

Everything we liked, the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful surroundings and views.

The web site text seems to suggest the availability of wifi in the b&b ('in public places', which we took for the lobby or foyer or so). However, as it appeared to be, it was in a local cafe 1 kilometer away. We partially selected the b&b because of the availability of wifi, so such a wording on a website doesn't match reality.

Weather was quite cool and rainy during our visit and it is isolated so there is not much else to do if the weather is bad.

Stunning view over inch beach. It's an amazing spot. Very friendly personal that cared about all of our wishes. Would recommend it to everyone who would like to have a relaxing holiday.

THe position in front of the beach

the staff is not vey welcoming and if you need something there is nobody at the reception at any time. Very noisy and the bathroom was very cold, there was also broken walls in the room!

Alles ! Einfach eine traumhafte Lage mit sauberen und gemütlichen Zimmern. Wenn man das richtige Zimmer erwischt ist der Ausblick ein Traum! Das Personal war sehr nett, das Frühstück toll und die Aufenthaltsräume einzigartig aufgrund des Ausblicks und sehr gemütlich. Der Preis ist etwas höher als bei anderen B&Bs, aber es nunmal auch wert...

Niestety było trochę zimno w pokoju, zamiast kołdry był tylko koc

Perfekte Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Nettes, ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommendes, Personal. Gutes Frühstück im Inch Beach House sowie gutes Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant direkt am Strand.

Die Lage war super, die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und die Ausstattung war gut.

Das Haus ist noch nicht ganz zu Ende gebaut. Bei unserem Familienzimmer war das vierte Bett nur ein unbequemes Zustellbett.

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, der Blick auf den Strand phantastisch!

Allerdings sind die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sehr klein mit Blick auf den Parkplatz, so dass man ein recht beengtes Gefühl hat. Auch wirkt das Haus etwas unpersönlich, da es - außer zum check in/out - keinen Ansprechpartner gibt.

Die Lage! Absolut gigantisch, leicht erhöht und trotzdem direkt an einem der schönsten Strände Irlands. Sehr schön auch der Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die Bucht. Zimmer war sehr gemütlich.
