Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Most other guests also had young children, so we do not feel uncomfortable during meals. The Planet Active children's area was well stocked with equipment and had exceptionally good staff who took a real interest in amusing and playing with the children. |

The heating did not work in the room, when we complained they eventually changed us another room with heating that worked. However, it was switched off soon after and we had to twice ring reception that night and the following morning to get it switched back on. |

The location the staff was so friendly and so helpful and the leisure centre very good would go back We were there for two nights and our rooms was not cleaned or beds made but i think it was just a mistake but still happy with hotel |

I like the way staff accomodated their guest, they were friendly and were concern if there was anything we didint like about their service. Just the opening time of seagrass, they close very early. Its nice to have massages before you retire to bed. Would also have been nicer if we had a small fridge and microwave inside the room. |
