Beautiful views, warm welcome with tea and coffee made. Porridge and full irish breakfast. Elam the owner was very friendly, booked dinner reservations, suggested places to go. Lovely dining room and communal lounge. Breakfast any time we liked, comfy cosy lean rooms. Would definitely go back, loved it.
Very friendly welcoming hosts who were very keen to please...made us feel 'at home'.
nothing...we'd stay longer next time!
staff and location
wooden floors Ecco a lot ,bit pricey for a B and B
Very friendly and helpful hosts.
The quiet dramatic beauty of Malin Head peninsula is worth booking the most northerly B & B in Ireland. Views west to the Atlantic & east towards Scotland from the breakfast room. Be prepared for scuffing rain showers in from the Atlantic. Wild beaches with rolling waves. Surprisingly fine restaurant in Malin village. Recommend by French guests. Specialises in freshly caught fish & lobsters of the day. Wind straight from Atlantic free of all city pollutants. So a real holiday for the lungs. Probably not suitable for winter breaks due to winter storms.
Not much. WC water problem fixed immediately by landlord. No inconvenience.
These people were very welcoming. We felt at home. We had taken a key with us from the lady B&B and they made calls to contact the owner and helped us return the key. The were great. We would stay again.
Small room on the backside of the house
The lady who greeted us was lovely. Very helpful, ringing the pub to book a table for us. The house was lovely clean and comfortable with a view from our bedroom which was stupendous.
Pity about the rain
Location friendly helpful ownership. Breakfast full irish fry was beautiful
Friendly staff, spacious apartment (2 bedrooms & kitchen/lounge area, easily suit family with young kids), easy parking. But the reason anyone goes up there is the majestic scenery, beaches, walks/runs etc
Fridge wasn't turned on & took while to get going.
Very friendly welcome. Good Irish breakfast. Beautiful view from breakfast room.
Room right on parking lot so a bit of lack of privacy. A little pricey compared to our other accommodation throughout the trip.
The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the view from it was so beautiful. It was relaxing to sit and look out over the sea as we ate our delicious breakfast.
The proprietors, Donald and Elma are very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the house was exceptionally clean! The view s beautiful and there were lots of opportunities to take nice long walks. Everything we wanted to visit was nearby... It was a short drive to nearby towns.
I can't think of a thing.
Elma and Donald could not do enough for us. Breakfast was great and you didn't need to eat for the rest of the day! Even managed to see the dolphins at Malin Head pier too; a great few days away.
Wooden floors meant noise could be heard if people were heavy footed.
Friendly welcome, wonderful views and lovely breakfast. 10 min walk to local bar/restaurant which serves good food. Great guesthouse in a lovely part of Ireland definitely worth a visit.
The two who run the place are delightful people. It is immaculately clean. Lovely breakfast room with sea view.
Accoustics. If you were there with noisy neighbors, you would hear it. But we were OK.
How plesent our host was and hehpfull
Not a thing
Nice host, beautiful location and sceneray good breakfast.
The stunning views. The fresh fried eggs for breakfast!
The rooms we were given the first night were under par, especially for the price.
Fantastic location, facilities and owners. We were beginning a charity cycle ride the length of Ireland and it was a great starting point. Full secure bike storage facilities and wonderfully helpful hosts. We will be back again, be sure of it! John Hammond. Reading
Friendly owners, excellent location.
Cleanliness, friendliness and the breakfast was superb.
The hospitality shown to us was warm and welcoming and the view, about 280 degrees, was incomparable.
There was nothing we did not like.
Everything. Absolutely everything. The physical place, the welcome, the hospitality, the setting, the food-- just perfect. Looking forward to a return trip.
Very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, great location and super clean
