I stayed with my family. Hotel is at central location in Killarney town. Very good hotel. I had executive double room booked. Room was very comfortable, excellent. Very nice hotel to stay. Staf is very friendly. Hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from train station. Everything is available at doorstep of the hotel. |

Its very central for everything.. The room was good value for the money we paid and the power shower was amazing!! The room was lovely but it was a long walk from the reception area.. At least ten minutes.. The room was a bit noisy as we were on the ground floor and the beds weren't that comfortable and they certainly werent queen sized as advertised!! |

Did not stay myself, booked for a member of staff for her 65th birthday and she had a great time, she and her husband were treated like royalty |

It was very clean, staff were very nice. I loved the location of the hotel. The food in the hotel was excellent. There were no bedrooms in which smoking was allowed in the hotel available. |

Position in town, and friendly town Some half-wit on the switchboard had issues with the hotel and rang the room of everybody staying there at 2-4 A.M., but this was a isolated issue and can not really be held against the hotel. |

Its location The hotel has no parking facilities, and there's a charge for any on street parking in the area around the hotel. Would cost, if I remember correctly, €10 a day to park on the street. Other hotels, for around the same price per night, offer free parking. Would probably be the reason why I will probably not stay in the hotel again. |
