i liked the hotel in general it was a beautiful hotel our executive room was luxury and breakfast etc was very nice .it had everything u need for a nice holiday ,central ,pub restaurant ,tea and coffee in rooms ,iron hairdryer everything you would want and need. the room itself was a little far from the reception but the excercise does u nicely . |

Wonderful meeting place for all the family as we live in different parts of the country, we found it relaxing and friendly and came away saying "we will meet back here again" The Double room we were given was a little cramped but I know some of the double rooms are huge, |

Hotel staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough, there was genuine warmth behind the smile. Breakfast was lovely and great location for night drinks and food and day time adventuring Parking was bit awkward, tip is to park in the cathedral for free and walk to the hotel, about a seven minute walk, wardens circulating elsewhere from ~9.00- 17.30. |

the hotel is centrally located, convenient for shopping and sight seeing, the food was also excellent. on departure it would have been nice, as is custom, to have been asked if our stay at the hotel had been a good one |

The staff at the hotel were extremely professional and friendly. They made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Outside the hotel was very, very, noisy at night. The room overlooked a laneway which seemed to be an exit from a nightclub. As the room was very hot the windows had to be left open, so a bad nights sleep. |

There were two cases of room noise in our room 135. The first was on entry to our room we could hear a radiowhich we thought was coming from within the room. This was at 2.pm and continued until 11.00pm. We did make a complaint and was told the radio was from a cafe downstairs. Also work on the hotel (or near) started at 7.00am with drilling and hammering going on. |

The picture on the telly seemed to go off and on a lot and the sound would also increase on its own too but apart from that everything was ok |

Right in the middle of Killarney town which is ideal for local shopping. Jaunting cars park just accross the road. Restaurant staff very friendly.Nice relaxing bar with good barfood Two seperate lifts needed to get to the 3rd floor / very few signsto help find the lifts / a maze of corridors between the lifts.No hotel car park. Breakfast finishes too early / very expensive to have breakfast delivered to room |

Friendly staff. Excellent food Noisy housekeeping staff. Requested a quiet room and request was not met. Woken up at 7.45 by staff moving around empty beer kegs. Very inconsiderate |

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is right in the middle of the town within walking distance of shops/pubs/restaurants etc.staff excellent also. The hotel doesn't have a car park so you have to park on the main street and pay or pay in another car park which means that you have to keep checking your car during your stay. |
