Ivy Apartments  

Very friendly staff, reception is manned 24hours, very easy check in and out, Apartments are located close to the City (10 min. by feet). A lot of supermarkets and Shops within spitting distance. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed.

The weather changes every 15 minutes, so don't forget your rainwear as this is typical weather. :)

Location was fantastic. Condition of apartment excellent (could just do with some coat hooks and towel rails). Effortless arrangement.

Going Home

Great location, good price for 2 rooms, living room, kitchenette and it was wonderful to also have a washer-dryer. The apartment was quite nice, had individual heat controls for each room (my son loves to sleep in a hot room while my husband and I prefer a cool room).

The hallways smelled and were run-down.

We loved our stage at the Ivy Apartments and we thak the Ivy apartment staff for being so helpful

Apartment was clean, comfortable, roomy and in a great location. Staff were helpful.

Car park could only be accessed in or out when assisted by a staff member. Car needed to be parked in lane and walk to nearby hotel desk and walk back with attendant to open door, or wait for another car to drive in and follow.

Its very central and comfortable.We had a 2 bedroomed apartment. Security is excellent. No effective wi fi but I plugged into a network for $5 a day. Secure Car park at e10 a day

Its a little convuluted in accessing the apartment -keys, doors lifts! No sharp knives!

The apartment was located and about a 10 minute walk to the sights in the city center

The apartment was not well maintained. It was modern but not clean.

Centrally located we parked the car in the secure underground car park and didnt have to use it until our return home, Public transport was both close and cheap to use, shops, bars, restaurants, temple bar all within walking distance. After reading tripadvisor reviews I was dreading going to ivy apartments, but I was in fact pleasantly surprised. The apartments were both clean and modern with comfortable clean beds, an adequate kitchen, bathroom and plenty of space for a city apartment, The price was very reasonable and I would return

I thought the hallways and apartment were a bit musty smelling, and there was not a working extractor fan in the bathroom, though opening windows and letting fresh air circulate certainly helped

The apartment was secure and quite roomy. It was located on a busy street but bedrooms faced a nice landscaped area at the back so noise was not a problem.

Just lacked the personal touch a little I.E. Limited amount of crockery etc despite there being a dishwasher. No tea towels or detergent or cloth to wipe down tables etc. tv had poor reception and needed fixing but wasn't done during our stay.

Full kitchen was nice to have. Master bedroom was a good size. Staff was there whenever I went by and helpful.

Parnell St. Is not the nicest street in Dublin. Didn't feel safe walking back at night. Second bedroom was small. Just enough room for two single beds. Room smelled of smoke even though they are all supposed to be non- smoking.(Note: I did not bring this up with staff as we were only there for two nights.) Furniture a bit run down.

Excellent value for money, central location, enough space and good standard of furnishing. (Although we actually stayed in an apartment in nearby Capel Street, as the Ivy Exchange appartment we had booked was temporarily uninhabitable due to recent flooding.)

The complex car-parking arrangements. The concierge had to accompany us into and out of the car park as only he had access to the key. He was most helpful about this, but he had to leave his office to go with us to the car park when we wanted to get something out of the car. Appartment 5 in Capel Street could do with a towel rail for its bathroom.

The apartment was clean, excellent location and added extras which made a difference such as tea/coffee sachets available on arrival.

Liked everything. Would go there again.

The apartment itself was clean and functional, it has everything you require for a city break. The key fob has the words 'luxury apartments', as a reality check these aren't luxurious, but, as stated, are functional and clean.

We liked the security, the downtown location and the office hours. The apartment was spacious for five travelers and clean. The market is around the corner, across the street was a market/deli and everyone was friendly and helpful. We would book with Ivy Apartments again. Judy

The location confusion. We asked the cab driver to take us to Ivy Apartments on Parnell Street, Parnell Square. We drove pass Fischer King Apartments three times, around the square and couldn't fine Ivy. We were told we were sent an email to look for Fischer Apartments but we didn't get it. I now know why, it was sent May 8 and we didn't have access to our email from April 26 through May 11. It was a timing issue. My suggestion would be to send the office location and name with the booking email. Because of this confusion our cab ride was costly. Judy

We were. Booked into ivy appartments but actually were given kingfisher appartments. These were rooms in a run down residential housing complex. I was concerned re security as the window and door locks were flimsy which meant we had to carry all valuables with us at all times. We were supposed to have linen and towels changed daily which didn't happen. I will not use your site again or recommend it to others

The central location was ideal for visiting the city of Dublin. The city centre and attractions were within a short walking distance. The booking in was simple and as our room had been unoccupied the previous day were were allowed in at 10 o'clock in the morning. Tea, coffee, milk and an assortment of breakfast cereals were provided. The staff in reception were friendly and did their best to answer our questions. The appartment was clean and comfortable and extremly quiet at all times of the day and night. On the final day the hotel stored our luggage in the reception, which was ideal as we weren't due at the airport until 6.30pm.

En realidad no sé si estuvimos en los Ivy apartments. Nuestra llave ponía kingfisher apartments. La amabilidad del personal y la localización. Las camas muy cómodas

Muy difícil de encontrar Parnell sq 166-167 para registrarse. Deberían indicar que se encuentra enfrente del hotel (ahora no me acuerdo del nombre). La limpieza, cambiar las toallas todos los días no es necesario, pero si lo es barrer o fregar el suelo. Un apartamento para 5 personas, sillas en la mesa de la cocina solo para 4, y sofá sillón solo para 4.

ottima posizione da cui si raggiunge il centro a piedi in pochi minuti, e con un sacco di servizi a portata di mano tra cui supermercato caffetteria e ristorante. bello e spazioso l'appartamento di due stanze ciascuna con il proprio bagno, un bel soggiorno e una cucina ben equipaggiata che abbiamo sfruttato parecchio. una soluzione da consigliare per essere più liberi rispetto alla classica stanza in hotel.

alcuni lievissimi difetti che abbiamo riscontrato sono l' uso continuo delle chiavi per arrivare all'appartamento, un po' scomodo davvero, ma avevamo un valido portinaio nel figlio 12enne... poi l'arredo che pur essendo comodo è evidente che è piuttosto sfruttato dai continui ospiti

Grand appartement au calme. Lits très confortable. Equipement de cuisine plus que correct. Proximité de Temple Bar. Bon accueil lors de la recuperation des clées au Kingfisher Apartments (juste a coté du restaurant du même nom) Idéal pour un week end entre amis

Seul hic : ballon d'eau chaude de très faible capacité. Nous étions un groupe d'amis de 5 personnes, gare a celui qui se levait le dernier le matin, c'était douche froide assurée :)

Très bien situé. Appartement grand et confortable, pas bruyant. Très sécurisé et rapport qualité prix excellent.
