Very good Location
Rooms were Tiny, 11am checkout time when the club below is only closes after 4am is a bit early
We knew when booking that there was a nightclub on the first floor that is open almost all night, so we were aware of the noise. The hotel supplies ear plugs to their guests, trying very hard to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately for us there was a big football game being played on our first nights stay, which made the noise level extremely loud. But the next night the revelers had gone home and the level of noise wasn't an issue at all. The staff was excellent, everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped us with locations of sights we were interested in seeing, and explained where to get the Hop On Hop Off bus. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also excellent. The location was great, right by St Stephens Green, which made this location an excellent value.
Other then the noise level on the first night, which we were totally made aware of, there wasn't a thing we didn't like about this hotel. We would stay here again.
The hotel turns into one of the areas popular night clubs and is VERY noisy. No dinner is served there as the staff are busy turning it into a club for the night and by 10:30 the noise is vibrating!
Small room but functional. Centrally located. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly.
The noise from the night-club made it very hard to sleep, which is a pity because otherwise it would be a great choice of hotel.
No Air Con Music going for all hours Lift broke on arrival No General bar to relax in
The friendly staff tried their best for me.
No sleep. The main dining room turns into a night club after 11 until 3:30. In some rooms that means you will not be able to sleep.
It was a great location, close to everything and lots to do! It would probably be a good place to stay if you were staying up to party and could tolerate the heat!
The room was so hot! We had no choice but to leave the window open and slept with cold clothes on our heads. We were aware of the clubs in the area and given ear plugs but unfortunately because we had to leave the window open the noise (even with ear plugs) was hard to sleep through. There was also beer in our kettle but the lady at the front desk gave us a new one.
Basically impossible to sleep, it's a big 3 storey niteclub, bedrooms vibrate with noise
center of Dublin, cosy room, good breakfast
The night club is noisy
Free wifi service was good
Very noisy from the nightclub downstairs
Night club under the hotel that did not finish until 4am
Rooms were clean and comfy
Noise - you will get no sleep here unless you are a heavy sleeper Having to queue to get in the hotel at 11ish - the doorman was rude and I had to produce ID to get in The breakfast is limited and pretty much finished by 10 on a Tuesday Rooms were tiny You had to go downstairs to reception to get a TV remote
Lovely staff. Good wifi.
Lift broken. Key cards had to be reprogrammed multiple times in the middle of the night.(during night out)
Disco music till 3.00am
Super location for a girls night out. The noise from the club didn't bother us as we were given free entry as part of our room rate, which was very reasonable. Room was lovely and clean and beds were comfortable. Great value for money. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.Used the car park behind the hotel, which was a bit difficult to get into, but very secure and preferable to on-street parking. I would definitely stay again.
The noise of the luas "ding ding" was a little irritating, but we kept the windows closed and the ear plugs provided by the hotel were great!
A hotel with a nightclub should not advertise "family rooms". We did not sleep until after 3am when the hooligans finally stopped shouting at each other.
The noise & vibration from the night club, we came in from our night out at 1am to find the hotel reception a cloak room for the night club and the vibration was unbelievable. We couldn't and didn't sleep until it stopped which was 5.30am, then the fighting outside kept us awake until 6am! The worst hotel ever!
Nice location, but noisy. The most famous pub in Dublin just downstairs, so hard to get into sleep. But still close to some attractions.
The hotel wifi is poor, even cannot connected at the ground floor.
Hotel was situated very close to all amenities.
Lift out, dirty carpet in one of the rooms and had a very musty smell, was given a price when booking and was changed £19 more when paying the bill
The place of this hotel could not be worse, there is a nightclub in the basement 7-days-a-week, and even on the top floor, one can hear the thumping and the music from downstairs. If you are going to party there and want to pass out upstairs, maybe this will work when you are drunk, but as a normal travelling person, you will be very dissapointed and won't get a good night's sleep here.
Great location. Small, but comfortable room. Good bathroom. My room was on the 2nd floor and it wasn't noisy.
I stayed for 4 nights in the hotel. When I arrived the lift was broken, and only thanks to a guy sitting in the reception I didn't have to carry my luggage upstairs to the 2nd floor. When I left the lift was still out of order, and this time I had to carry my bags downstairs myself.
Parking was an issue, trying to locate the lot initially. Some trouble with toilet flushing. Phone in room didn't work. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Location to city good staff helpfull
Bad security people banging on room door and I was followed to my room music not to bad but people scary and very loud.
Excellent staff on check in. Price included VIP entry to the night club.
