The water was cold both mornings of my stay and had to be left run for 10 minutes before it would heat up this would put me off stayin again |

Nice friendly atmosphere and the staff were very helpful especially in contacting me about broadband facilities. I was a late arrival and hot food was still being served up until 10.pm |

nice meals well presented. yes, smoking rooms allocated where non smoking requested also shaver plugs non standard.We had three changes of rooms in a two day stay. |

Your hotel staff was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and could not do enough for us. One of the managers went out of his way to direct us where to visit when touring Northern Ireland which we had never done before. He was great. Unfortunately, I did not care for the food at all. It was not only your hotel but others. |

it was very central in ballybofey yes we were placed in the older part of this hotel and as we were at a wedding function in the new part it was almost impossible to find my room and the rooms were not very well signposted. hotel not well sign posted from the town. |

The freindly staff and the swimming pool. they were great! Our room looked out onto a roof and there was a very noisy fan/air conditioning vent which also didnt smell very nice. |

Convenient, quiet location. Very nice staff, and excellent food. Entrance and foyer very warm and inviting. Good parking. |
