Hospitable staff. Location convenience.

Many things in the kitchen were broken, only four outlets in a 10 bed room and one of those was broken. Most outlets were broken in lobby. There may have been bugs in my bed - I woke up with bites all over my legs.
Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they went to great lengths to make sure our trip was what we wanted it to be. Wifi was fast, showers were hot.

Cleaning staff were a bit rude. The rooms were too hot at night. And the music is a bit loud in reception area
Location was great for my exams in NCI. Reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Met 2 or three nice people there

The lockers to store your stuff after you have checked in are not located in the same room. There were many school groups in the hostel while I was there, it made it hard to get in and out of the lobby.
The location was not too far from the city center, everything was just under a 15 minute walk. The washrooms where in the room which made it very convenient.

Did not like the loud music in all common areas. There were no lights by any beds to read, only two plugs for electronic devices in a room for 10 people
Close to the station, nice staff, clean enough for the price

When we arrived (unfortunately quite late in the evening) the window was left open, the room was totally cooled down and the heater was not working at all, it was broken... Finally (after half an hour) we got an extra blanket and an external heater so we were able to fall asleep. Quite poor breakfast (toast, butter, marmelade, natur cornflakes, milk, coffee, tea) but ok, more than nothing. Supermarkets are very close to complete it. :)
Good value for money. Quite close to the city center, The Spire is ca. 5 min walking. A lot of information brochure is provided. We had a room on the 3rd floor, fairly quiet, it was ok. However, I would recommend this hostel to tourist groups rather than young couples.

Everything, clean room, nice room like a hotel. Stayed in a four bed mixed dorm, had tv and hand soap in bathroom. It also had a hair drier, but it didn't go.

Ho alloggiato per tre notti presso Jacobs Inn a pochi passi dal centro. L'ostello è molto pulito. Wifi ottimo. Fornisce tutto cio che ti serve. La cucina è grande e molto pulita. La colazione è abbondante e Lo staff è molto disponibile

Not the best hostel ever. Quite old, poor breakfast, no towels in the bathroom, not really clean.
Location close to bus stop to and from airport, staff
April 15, 2015
The only poor experience involved annoying neighbors that complained that my room was being "too loud" even though it was 11:30 PM on a weekend evening. I think moderate noise level should be expected at a hostel with many young visitors.
The facilities were very clean and the security was impressive. The staff was, in general, friendly and very helpful.

We paid 8€ per person for breakfast which were told would be light. Our choices were extremely limited, cornflakes or muesli, toast or tasteless hardboiled eggs. My sister is a coeliac so she could only have an egg. We also had to stand for a minute with our food to wait for seating which was extremely cramped.
The staff were friendly and approachable and were kind enough to print our concert tickets out for free.

Just make sure to take shower shoes!
The staff was very nice! met some amazing people, and not far from the city center!

A chair in the room I stayed was dirty and smells urine...
Staff is friendly. It's located near by the central bus station, so easy to move to other cities/airport.
April 10, 2015
No lockers in the rooms for bags.
Nice staff, pretty good value for money.

Only complain not enough plugs in shared bedroom, although there are many in common rooms...
Basic but definitely serve it's purpose. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the value for the money is incredibly good. About ten minutes walk away from O Connell Street and Temple Bar, Grafton St/Trinity College.

The surrounding area isn't great at night. Seems a tad rough.
What you see is what you get here. It is basic and clean. I would stay again.

Staffs are abit rude
March 25, 2015
Only one guy in all staff was nice and helpful. The girl who works in the reception is very rude and another people actually too. The hostel is very noisy and its a little bit far away from the centre. The breakfast is very poor and the shower was broken. These hostel dont deserve at all the score of 8,1. It can be cheap but It doesnt worth It.
They have bathroom in the room. The only thing good.
March 24, 2015
Don't even have a locker in the dorm room...not enough plugs to be used as well... During my visit, there were a group of travelers they kept making noise on the corridor but no any staffs asked them to stop or something eventhough it is 12am already
March 11, 2015
breakfast was nice

Wi-fi isn't very performant. No box to lock your bags.
Calm place near to the city centre. 5minutes to the Spire for walking. Pleasant bedroom and breakfast really awesome.
