The location, price and facilities were excellent. the room was down from 420 to 240, i would definately look for a room again if staying in dublin. The apartment had 3 doors, the key only worked in one which wasn't numbered, a minor annoyance when first getting to the appartment. |

We wanted to cater for ourselves and this hotel gave us the opportunity to do so. One of the showers was really mouldy! |

Nothing - I would never use them again. They changed the property we had booked and then kept us waiting for 8 hours. The property they then gave us was a grubby student house. We had to pay for several taxis at our own expense, and had to find a hotel at 6pm in Dublin. A horrible way to spend the first day in Dublin. |

The staff was fantastic and very accomodating. As soon as we pointed out the problems with the room, they were quick to move us to a more comfortable room. |

The flat was nice and in a decent location. Plumbing did not work properly and after 5 promises to correct, they finally got around to fixing most of it on the 4th day. Not a bad hotel, but 4 days without a shower and only one working toilet sure put a damper on things. I even spent a couple of hours one night tearing into the toilet to fix it myself after three days went by without word. They didn't even call back to explain the delays. |

A big nice appartment, equipped with everything you'll ever need. The staff was very unproffesional and unorganized, the guy was always out of the reception and did not answer the calls, he didn't know anything about the hotel, caused confusions and was totally useless. Also the appartment is not located, where it says on the site. Its only the main office there, then you have to take a taxi, for your own charge to the appartment itself, that is mostly nearby.. |

Nuestra reserva estaba cancelada (nadie nos aviso) y nos dieron un apartamento con prestaciones mejores de las pedidas. Eso si, pactando otro precio (muy asequible en cualquier caso. 68 euros la noche para 4 personas). Personal muy amable. |

de ruimte van het app app was vuil als je watertapte maakte dat vreselijk lawaai,zodat 's nachts de wc doortrekken niet te doan was,want dan was iedereen wkker. we hebben 2 keer gevraagd om een ander app,maar daar werd niets meegedaan. ook niet direct in het centrum,zoals in de omschrijving stond. ook geen handdoeken,theedoeken en schoonmaakspullen in de keuken. |

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié les conditions de réception dans cet hotel . L'appartement n'était pas celui qui était prévu car personne ne savait où se trouvait la bonne clé! nous avons eu 2 clés, deux trajets pour aller à ses apparts à environ 15mn à pied de l'hotel et ce n'était pas les bonnes clés.Et nous avions nos bagages et il pleuvait, nous avions avec nous une personne qui avait 77ans! La réception de l'hotel est sale, le téléphone traine au sol, les réservations sont dans un fichier en désordre et le réceptionniste ne s'y retrouve pas.Nous avons attendu une après-midi entière pour avoir enfin une clé d'un appartement défréchi loin du centre ville. Le seul point de consolation: il était très grand .Personne ne vous accompagne à votre appartement, on vous donne une clé et un plan |

Cercanía de parada de autobús: llevan al centro (o'connell street) y uno al aeropuerto. Tienes tu propio apartamentito, independiente, no tienes que dajar las llaves en recepción. Precio. Puedes ir andando al centro en unos 25 minutos. Tiene un spar (tienda que abre hasta tarde) y una pizzeria de comida para llevar cerca. Instalaciones viejas, de hecho, sonaba un pitido en mi habitación aleatoriamente, pero que te hacía saltar de la cama, personal raro-malo, nos pedían pagar el primer día, llegando tardísimo y preferiblemente en metálico. Además la recepción está a 10 minutos andando (depende de que apartamento te den, hay algunos más cerca). No nos dieron toallas, la calefacción funcionaba en algunos radiadores . |

Las habitaciones espaciosas y luminosas. La zona donde está ubicado es, aunque está lejos del centro, muy tranquila. Limpieza mala ( hasta el punto de que olvidaron sacar la basura de la papelera del baño ). Mobiliario en mal estado, se nos cayó una puerta de uno de los armarios de la cocina, la mesa y las sillas del salon se desarmaban ( mi marido tuvo que estar apretando tornillos ). La moqueta del salón llena de manchas. Las placas eléctricas para cocinar, sucias y deterioradas.. La bañera sucia...etc,etc,etc |
