2 single beds put together
Room decor nice. Room warm. Food in bar was ok and serving staff were v helpful.
Cold spa. Cold everywhere but room. Breakfast was terrible. Mix up with reservation. Had stayed as part of spa package but wasn't great overall... Not the experience I was expecting.Wouldn't go back.
Pool very busy with kids
middle of nowhere
Lovely ambiance, lovely rooms, breakfast - great. We had a really great experience - just too short
Light switches were very dirty.. Breakfast pudding wasn't cooked.
the staff were very nice xx
Our toilet in our bedroom was broken the shower was poor the lamp shades were broken and we booked a deluxe room which I now know is their standard rooms
customer service was top class.
Food in the bar Bath
Room was too warm Breakfast not warm enough Bigger towels required More Toiletries For a Luxury room would expect water and Dressing Gowns
the heat in the room on Saturday night was excessive even with the window open
Breakfast wasn't fresh
Very welcoming reception area especially the open fire on a cold day. Check in was quick and efficient considering the large group of people in the wedding party.
There should be a sign for the hotel at the main roundabout.
Excellent staff. Great bedroom
I was very disappointed with the food
Beautifully situated hotel Easy to locate Friendly staff Good service Plenty of parking near the hotel Country location Good wine selection Beautiful room Shower & bath in all rooms
Hard bed; not very comfortable. Had asked for shower only as my mobility is limited - I got that as all rooms have shower & bath.I had a long walk to the bedroom however; not a very logical room allocation for someone with limited mobility!! Not a great choice on the bar food menu. Arrived when it was dark & had great difficulty reading the signposts in the hotel grounds.
Staff were very nice especially Sam on reception but they seem to be chronically understaffed and it impacted on customer service despite the best efforts of the staff who were working.
Hotel is getting shabby and looks uncared for with plugs crooked on walls and falling off. The repair jobs in bathrooms etc look cheap and unprofessional.
Got wrong room and stale smells
location to motorway bar/dining staff parking room size
noisy corridors during the middle of the night with people running/talking and banging doors, common to most hotels, but i had booked this hotel as i needed a good nights sleep before running a marathon the next morning. reception entrance check in delays breakfast didnt start serving until 8:00am
I had stayed there recently and me an my partner really enjoyed our self! It was such a relaxing day and night and we are coming back in November.
We both found a member of the staff from the restaurant looking down to us, we didn't feel comfortable so ended up not going for food there and had went out instead.
Great staff and fantastic breakfast, very clean
Odd not to have a fixed shower to stand in even if over a bath, just a connection to the main tap. A bit on the incinvienient side of quaint
All the staff were very friendly and helpfull, We were very impressed with how clean all the facilities were.
Our room was too warm and made sleeping a little uncomfortable even with the window open,
Everything,I stayed at the Johnson court hotel for my daughter's graduation which took place in Maynooth,My daughter and her boyfriend also stayed in the room opposits us, and shared the same experience of great food, clean rooms and lovely friendly staff, couldn't ask for better..Thanks again. Mary, Ballina.
Outdoor jacuzzi..very relaxing..nice afternoon tea in bat
Slightly old fashioned..nearly over charged at checkout and so was the person checking out in front of me
The bed was very comfortable and the room & spa area was clean.
Food, poor choice and lack of flavour, scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold. Staff, while they were polite and friendly, there was a lack of them. Waiting over ten min at breakfast to be seated. Decor, the hotel is in bad need of repair in the communal areas, and the rooms are very outdated. Bed is very comfortable though. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel, & I wouldn't recommend the hotel again.
Back road via Enfield on way to hotel. Then 2.90 euro toll on n4 as we left via the motorway.
Everything from the staff to the service Only good memories
