We had booked a family room, but upon arrival all family rooms were gone and a pull out bed had to be set up for our children. The area immediately around the hotel was very dirty with a lot of anti social behaviour. The car park advised on the hotel web site was a 10 min walk from the hotel which was very far to carry bags and small children.

Most hotels do not charge for Internet access in the room €10 euro for the day and €5 for an hour seems excessive

Not much Only one lift working over a busy weekend. Also, bedroom window was overlooked by a huge office block with no nets on the windows! Had to fully close curtains just to get showered and/or changed in the middle of the day

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. They went out of their way to help make our trip a success. The family sampled the food both for breakfast and a couple of evening meals at the bar which we thoroughly enjoyed a We got stuck in the lift! Regular checks need to be made and if in doubt keep it out of use until a full inspection has been made.

Staff ok, but reserved. Room was fine as was location. They charge for wi-fi. They also forgot to clean the room after being out all day and returning late afternoon for a nap. The housekeeper in the hall apologised and brought clean towels to last till we checked out the following morning. I will not use Jurys In in the future. I have stayed at hotels more expensive and less that provide wifi.
