The ease of access from the airport was very good and its location near to the main shopping area was great. The rooms were comfortable and good value for money. The Bar menu has a very poor selection. The food we did get was nice (fish and chips) but a better chicken dish and maybe a 'Bookmaker' as oppossed to a 4 ounce steak might be better. |

It was very centrally located and the food was excellent in the hotel. I had a wonderful view of the river from my room. The room was a little chilly. |

Rooms were clean, very well priced and staff were friendly The one critism i had was the adjoining room was not locked so felt very uncomfortable as was only a door between which was not locked and had no idea who was in next room.. |

I liked being near both sides of the city for the jazz festival, I liked that they checked who you were when we arrived home late, we took a smoking room overlooking the hotel car park which is small and used by staff but it meant we could see a spot when it was free and take it which saved us paying for parking as spots are limited. room very clean The smoking room had a couch in it with lots of cigarette burns on it which looked dreadful and I said it to reception and she said they are going through a refurbishment at the moment.Bathroom had chips in bath and tiles on floor so for what we were paying I thought it was a fairly bad standard. Ironing service is on floor 3 but there is a hairdryer in the drawer. You can hear very clearly people in other rooms and it can be noisy on the corriders but I did stay jazz weekend so its a party weekend for most. |

The location is excellent with helpful and friendly staff . Spacious room overlooking the river . I did not use the bar or other facilities. Free paper on Sunday morning was a nice bonus |

pleasant and courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms, the location was ideal and we felt it was value for money breakfast on the first morning was chaotic, the assistant manager got involved and we did see an improvement but we felt that the toast machine and the tea and coffee machine should be moved as they created quite a backlog and my breakfast went cold while i was waiting in the queue |

Once we parked we had a hard time finding the hotel and ended up carrying our bags all the way around the block trying to find it. |

It was near to the city centre which is good as it does rain a lot, definately value for money. Not enough parking, and its on a first come basis, did manage to park near the hotel though and parking is free from 5.30 to 8.30 the next morning. |

Breakfast with the room was very nice. Room decor was very dated, and rather noisy off the road outside the window. |
