The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and it is in a good location for getting about the city. Parking was limited so we had to pay for overnight public parking. But if you're travelling by train/bus, this hotel is in a good location |

the hotel was in a great location with a pickup for the airport accross the road which was very good the staff were very friendly and helpful the hotel is basic but very clean. the only bad thing about this hotel was the safety deposit service we were going to a concert at the marquee and were travelling on holidays the next day so we had around 2,000 euro in our room it indicated in the room not to leave valuables in the room so we asked at reception and they piu our 2,000 in and envelope we signed the envelope and they put it in one safe along with other peoples valuables which wasnt very safe thats the only flaw. |

This reasonably priced hotel is approx 15 minute walk to the Marquee concert venue at the Showgrounds in Cork. The room had no air conditioning and the noise of the traffic outside when a window was opened meant sleepless nights |

very close to everything.staff very helpful and friendly Very warm during the night. Can be noisey in the morning, we were at the back of the hotel so it wasn't bad for us but our friends were at the front and were woken up. |

Very convenient to the city and the airport. Breakfast was fantastic. View from room was superb over the Lee. As a smoker I liked the freedom to smoke in my room! |

I found the staff to be very helpful, the hotel was very central and the breakfasts we had there were of a good standard We were in a room facing the road and I found it very noisy and hard to sleep. The room also got very hot and because the noise was so loud we couldn't open the window. |

The proximity to the city centre and value for money. The noise from the people smoking outside the bar/restaurant especially late in the evening. Its a warm evening and the windows are open, should ask for a high floor next time. |

Nice bar, conveniently located in City Centre. Reasonably priced. Some noise from other guests, but reception dealt with it promptly |

Our room was facing the River Lee which was nice. Very close to the city. easy to get too. friendly staff. nice bar. only thing that could be improved would be the lack of parking for hotel guests. we got lucky and got a space, but people coming for a far or with expensive cars are not going to be to happy leaving it on a street. |

the hotel was very central to cork city. very good staff it seems to be used as a base for stag and hen nights. although i did not have a problem with that i could see how some people would have. |

Only a 5-minute walk from the centre of Cork city, this period guest house overlooks the River Lee and eastern Cork, and is close to the bus and train stations. |
This sophisticated hotel is just minutes from Cork's main theatres, shopping areas and entertainment. It has a magnificent interior and superb views across the city and River Lee. |
In the heart of Cork City Centre, the hotel is just a short stroll from the city’s business district and many excellent shops, boutiques, theatres and galleries. |
One of Corks most popular hotels, The Montenotte is the perfect base for your visit to the city. |
