Good location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast good value and plenty of choice. Comfortable room.
Room on the ground floor looking at car park! No credit card imprint taken at check-in to charge bar and breakfast to, had to go back and ask the following morning rather than paying for breakfast in cash each day. Poorly stocked bar.
Staff were excellent, very helpful in dealing with a noise issue from adjoining room. Cant praise them enough, especially the night manager.
Don't take a room with a connecting door unless you are sharing with friends, the sound proofing is non existent. The staff relocated us to another room as we had a bunch of lads for a stag do, we could hear every word they said
This hotel was within walking distance to city centre, staff very pleasant and helpful. Room clean , comfortable and no noise, breakfast excellent, would stay there again.
Third time we've stayed here - it's good value for a decent basic room in a good location
The free wi fi is not at all good - you have to pay if you want a 'premium' service. Not important to us, but bear in mind if you're a heavy user.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were celebrating my daughter's conferring and had been given a bottle of champagne. There was no problem about giving us champagne flutes to bring to our room and they even gave us a bucket of ice!The hotel is a short walk into town.It was good to have a socket by the bed for mobile phone.
The car park is small and was full the first night we arrived so we had to park the other side of the river. We did manage to get in the next morning. The traffic was very noisy at night. We had asked for a river view, which was lovely, but if I was going again I would request a quieter room at the back.
Location, food and wifi
Bedroom beside road very noisy especially at 4.30 am. One girl to handle check ins - very very slow because of query with guest in front of me . No car parking !! Well space for first 16 guests if you're lucky!
The staff were lovely, room was spacious, restaurant offered a great menu
That I only stayed two nights, would have liked another two!
Friendly staff, bright, clean comfortable hotel, good breakfast
It was good value for money and it was in a convenient location!
The dinner we ordered came out burnt, but they took it off the bill for us which was nice. The wifi was a disaster - it literally didnt work on any of our devices!
Location great. management good-dealt with rowdy people in foyer very well on Friday night. apologised and gave free dring to our group.
Rooms were exellent stanfard
How handy the hotel is from the city centre.
Not a very safe area around the bus station always get a taxi back to the hotel at night
Room clean and warm, comfortable and modern
20 parking spaces for entire hotel, in street parking is only option, which is limited and must be paid for. Check in was slow and inefficient. One customer next to me was given three different key cards to try on her door, none of Which worked.
We liked everything. It felt like we were coming home at the end of the day. Relaxing and peaceful. Good vibrations. Fantastic view to the river!
Requested River View
Noise from heating system sounded all night
Lovely room. Lovely food. Great deal
No parking spaces available so scary for children. Lift made a lot of noise Children's bed not very comfortable No leisure centre
The only few thing that was nice was the brekkie and the staff
The bed was so uncomfortable we all woke up with pains. my son couldn't go to sleep as of the carry in going on in the halls and outside our window. Was suppose to be a family room but wasnt that bug for a family room my son could barly walk around it. We asked for a second duvet and told us they didn't have any that blankets/sheets may do us. Was not very family friendly at all..
Lovely welcoming girl at reception. Nice buffet breakfast, within walking distance of Patrick street, cheap rate. Very clean. Can't complain. Great hotel if your just looking for something central, clean & welcoming!
Breakfast. The Staff were nice there.
Being quizzed for towels when I booked a family room. We got towels for 2 & when I called reception they were on the defence. After booking with my bank card being told I had to pay straight away & hassled to do so. I refused on principle. I gave my bank details prior so no need to humiliate me in front of other guests and staff.
lucky to get on small free car park [arrive early]. Staff good, house keeping very good. all in all a great stay again.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful
