Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Einrichtung sowie Föhn, Fernseher, Wasserkocher etc. sehr modern und sehr gepflegt, nahezu ungebraucht. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, die Betten waren riesig und sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Hotel liegt zentral, aber verhältnismäßig ruhig. Der Busbahnhof sowie die Straßenbahn sind in der Nähe, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man sprach kein Wort Deutsch. |

Lovely Hotel...typical of Jurys chain. Clean and comfy and close to city centre. Had to pay 29 euro to park....altho close by would be so much better if parking was included. I enjoy use of wifi connection again...had a charge for this. |

The staff at reception were excellent. I like everything about it, but i think it would be a good idea to have like a shuttle bus to go over the town in, even if it was free or only cost 1 to 2 euro. |

Nice staff, friendly atmosphere, nice hotel far too hot in my room ,window would only open a tiny bit (for safety no doubt) and there was duvets on the bed, very hot and sticky. also no toothpaste provided as standard in other hotels, was caught out with none! |

I loved the location as the primary reason for booking there was to be near the 02 Arena. We had time to go back after the gig and get some food and a few pints even though it was almost 11 pm on a Sunday night. (Bar open till 1.30) . The only food available for Sunday lunchtime was surprisingly fast foodish. ie burgers , chips etc. No roast beef lamb or pork dinners |

Location. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities were good. No a/c in room, noise when window opened. Had to wait half an hour at bar for drink - no system. Food not great. |

What I dont agree with is charging premium prices on concert nights when the hotel was fully booked is there a need?? The premium rates on concert nights |
