We had a great weekend, down for a relaxing break for 60th birthday treat for me (Evelyn). Went to The Gate Theatre on Saturday. Very funny play. Room was excellent, quiet, clean and comfortable. Will love to bring grandkids down for a week. I fell in love with Dublin. Plenty to do and see, loved the food in Jury'S. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Got the perfect room for me as I needed to be near the lift and had requested a twin room but actually got a double bed and sofa bed. The best nights' sleep in months. When we were in our room we heard nothing from the other rooms it wqs so peaceful. We liked everything about the hotel. I have one query though and would love an answer if possible. Thanks. Well the only thing I would like to query is that perhaps our room was haunted! Have you ever had this query before? John thinks I did it myself. I know I didn't! The first night we stayed Friday 5th we went to bed quite early. I closed the curtains fully. Had a great nights' sleep and when I woke in the morning my curtain was fully opened. John didn't open the curtain and I didn't so I would like to know who did? Then on the early hours of Sunday morning I was wakened by what I thought was John siiting on my bed, I asked him straight away but he was sound asleep. I wouldn't mind but as I said to John and our daughter; at home just as a joke mind you; we paid for the room not them, whoever they were, at least they might have introduced themselves - I would have had a fit - ha ha - if they had! Location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, good value for money. Second time to stay here and will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We stayed in custom house for the location. As 3 girls to share a room, go to The Canal Theater to see Dirty Dancing and after we were near the night life. We had a fantastic stay. Thanks to all involved

The pillows were very uncomfortable very hard.

Great location if using convention centre, reasonably priced parking and excellent reception staff.

Service staff in Restaurant very unattentitive and despite arriving for breakfast on time, I was told the food might be cold yet no offer was made to serve me warm food.

I was attending a concert in jan 12 in the o2 arena Dublin.Jury's Inn Custom House was perfect for our requirements,if I'm ever attending a concert there again and plan on staying over I will most definitely be using this hotel again. Within reasonable walking distance from important shopping locations around dublin.Like O'Connell and Henry Street. Cheap,Clean and a great location.A nice hotel to stay in!

I had two grievances about our stay. Personally I felt the fact that Wifi wasn't included in the original price was annoying.Particularly when it is easily available elsewhere free of charge. Secondly,as a 6'3" male the bed wasn't long enough to cater for my needs,which lead to me not having a wonderful sleep. Just simple little things that could be addressed really.

its location and price are great. breakfast is very good

service in bar is very slow, not enough qualified staff rostered. the car park is expensive

The sound proofing between the rooms not very good. Could clearly hear the phone in the next room ringing

We stayed in room 129. One of the windows doesn't close & the lock on the bathroom door was dodgy.

Perfect stay

A very friendly and welcoming place to stay. I would definitively stay there again and would certainly recommend it as a place to stay in Dublin.
