I loved the location as the primary reason for booking there was to be near the 02 Arena. We had time to go back after the gig and get some food and a few pints even though it was almost 11 pm on a Sunday night. (Bar open till 1.30) . The only food available for Sunday lunchtime was surprisingly fast foodish. ie burgers , chips etc. No roast beef lamb or pork dinners |

Location. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities were good. No a/c in room, noise when window opened. Had to wait half an hour at bar for drink - no system. Food not great. |

the ease of check in and check out, even though we were splitting the cost between various people it was no trouble for the receptionist. |

Staff were friendly and helpful I had booked a smoking room, however I was at first allocated a non smoking room and I was subsequently changed to a smoking room. It's an awful pity that the smoking rooms are so substandard compared to the first room I was allocated. Considering they're the same price !! |

The location is perfect especially if you're attending a concert at the O2. A mistake was made in the bar when I ordered food. They tried to cover it up and I got no apology. The food in the end was nice |

from the start the staff were very friendly and helpfull, the lobby was tastefully decoratedand spaciousand because we arrived early in the morning we were allowed to store our luggage untill 2o"clock which was well appreciated a more powerful extractor fan in the bathroom would be appropiate |

For a city centre hotel, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendlier than hotel staff I have encountered in quite some time. |
