Location close to the O2 and reasonable (for Dublin) secure overnight Parking. Noise in the Corridors at 4am. Also the Food in the Restaurant is very poor quality.

having a bath in the room was excellent as it was freezing outside! The staff at reception were very helpful. The meals were disorganised and staff not particularly attentive.

We had a great weekend, down for a relaxing break for 60th birthday treat for me (Evelyn). Went to The Gate Theatre on Saturday. Very funny play. Room was excellent, quiet, clean and comfortable. Will love to bring grandkids down for a week. I fell in love with Dublin. Plenty to do and see, loved the food in Jury'S. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Got the perfect room for me as I needed to be near the lift and had requested a twin room but actually got a double bed and sofa bed. The best nights' sleep in months. When we were in our room we heard nothing from the other rooms it wqs so peaceful. We liked everything about the hotel. I have one query though and would love an answer if possible. Thanks. Please see below. Well the only thing I would like to query is that perhaps our room was haunted! Have you ever had this query before? John thinks I did it myself. I know I didn't! The first night we stayed Friday 5th we went to bed quite early. I closed the curtains fully. Had a great nights' sleep and when I woke in the morning my curtain was fully opened. John didn't open the curtain and I didn't so I would like to know who did? Then on the early hours of Sunday morning I was wakened by what I thought was John siiting on my bed, I asked him straight away but he was sound asleep. I wouldn't mind but as I said to John and our daughter; at home just as a joke mind you; we paid for the room not them, whoever they were, at least they might have introduced themselves - I would have had a fit - ha ha - if they had! Evelyn

Customer service by the front desk staff was poor. We requested a quiet room not on the street when we booked but were given a noisy room facing the main street. When we asked to switch, they agreed but did nothing for 11 hours and then said they had no other rooms left. The hotel management response was that it was too bad but it was obvious they didn't care. After this experience, I would never stay here or in this chain again and do not recommend it to anyone!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Jurys Inn Custom House. The staff were very helpful and pleasent. The location of the hotel was very convenient and the rates were very competitive. I feel i got good value for my money and would return again. I was disapointed with the food, as i ordered, what sounded like a filling and exotic choice from the sandwich menu, with chilly mayonaise etc. It was basically a wrap with a slice of ham and lettuce on it. ( I'm sorry i dont' recall the exotic name it was described as on the menu.) On a positive note, breakfast was delicious.

Comfortable and vaoue for money. Breakfast was very suuficient. Bar Staff were very friendly. Very clean Just a small complaint the queue for breakfast took 25 minutes for us to get around. A small suggestion to you is to take the juice and tea machine off the counter and put it at the area behind the till.Move the toast machine to the end. This is were the delay seemed to be.The counter should be clear to slide your tray all the way around instead of having cereal and toppings sitting on the counter and having nowhere to put your tray while trying to serve yourself There was a lot of dust on the plastic canopies covering the food also. Lack of a thought rather than dirty. However breakfast was lovely, filling and hot.

The staff were fabulous and very attentive; they really reflected appreciation for their jobs. There were a no. of loud groups of people in their 20s and 30s staying there who were loud in rooms on corridors and in the bar early eve when my friends and I were in there to eat. Be careful of booking in too many stag / hen groups. I requested a quiet room away from any bar noise etc and was lucky that this materialised although I'm sure others were less fortunate if had rooms next to the groups who were booked in there. My experience was very positive but if I had ended up near any of those groups it would be a deterrent to my booking jurys inn in the future

I chose Jurys Inn as coming from the UK I recognise the brand, and not being familiar with Dublin I wanted to play safe. The location was ideal - only 5 minutes walk from the office / city centre. The room was as expected, clean and was ideal for an overnight stay.

I enjoyed myself staying here, the locations was excellent and the room was lovely and very clean.I Would recommend staying here to my friends and family. The only problem I had was the expensive parking facilities which drove up the price over all of the room by almost 30euro I would still recommend staying here to my friends and family but not to drive in!

Ease of access, within walking distance of City Centre. Luas, buses and taxis all served the hotel. Food available all day and a reasonable choice available- safe area I found the bedroom too warm. The central heating was on to a higher temperature and it took hours for room to reduce to the temperature I like

Good location near city centre; reasonable value; friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant; room was presentable albeit small for 3 people. Car parking arrangements were less than satisfactory; not possible to avail of daily rate if taking car out during the day; as we were coming and going during our stay for teh purpose of visiting friends/ relations, we had to pay hourly parking charges (reduced) each time we exited the car park; also, the car park "pay machine" could only accept one type of Euro note per transaction; would prefer if arrangements could be put in place allowing the application of the daily rate for users who wish to come and go as they please during their stay; on one of the nights we stayed, the car park closed at 10pm which meant we had to park our car overnight on a side-street which left it open to burglary/ theft etc - there was no other car park in the immediate vicinity. The car parking issue impacted negatively on our overall percpetion of the hotel which in all honesty was otherwise of an acceptable standard and was well-run.
