the staff made us fell very welcome and were very helpful, the location of the hotel was excellent. Room was well above standard
The hotel was ideally placed for catching the ferry back to England. Decent sized room and well appointed. Parking arrangements worked quite well and the doors were unlocked for an early morning departure pretty quickly.
Little of interest in the immediate vicinity
Staff very pleasant. Hotel clean and secure.
rooms were very good and the breakfast was as good as any we have had will look for jurys inns when ever we take a break in the future
All very good.
View and within walking distance of the city in two directions, via the bridges.
Great hotel in a good location only 5-10 mins walk to shops . Rooms are spacious and clean with coffee/tea facility's .breakfast was very good with a large choice of Kellogg's cereals , fresh fruit salads ,yogharts ,scones and a large selection of cooked items. We also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . Looking forward to our next stay .
Not much. The restaurant is a little pricey ( but very tasty)but on the 2nd night the reception gave us local fast food menus and we got it sent to the room .
Staff were very friendly and helpfull.
Location and cleanliness
Price without breakfast was a bit high
Double beds & no other choices. Room was hot couldn't open window as too noisy. One of us had to sleep on sofa bed
The room was very spacious and had a lot of light coming through room 410 had 2 windows which let in the light, had a lovely view from 1 one them. Beds were incredibly comfortable, slept so well in them.
We paid for some items in the vending machine - but never saw the sign to remove each item that is purchased - the sign needs to be placed at eye level and not at the dispenser tray near the ground. The night porter on the night said he would remove the items once he found a key for the machine and leave them at reception for us, however when we went to reception, no one had been informed of it. However we were reimbursed for the money we spent in the machine!
From the moment we arrive at this hotel we were made to feel special and important. Upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the river, to premium high speed free internet, to a handwritten welcome note from the manager.
The location and value for money
There was only one single bed and then a camping bed for our other daughter. She was not happy
Jury's Inn was in an excellent position, close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants but far enough away to provide quests with a relaxing place to chill out and get a good nights sleep. Easy access to car park at the back of the hotel. Staff excellent and helpful. Would defiantly stay there again C

Great staff, good facitlites
Jurys Inn is central to the heart of Dublin
The staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean, secure and a great size. They also have extra soundproofing to keep out the lull of the traffic - had a great night's sleep. The hotel's in a good location - 5 minutes walk from the bus station and train station that services the Dart and north. The luas connection to Huston train station (services the west) is also only 5 minutes walk away. The city centre is a 10/15 minute walk along the Liffey. It's in a great location for any of Dublin's venues. The hotel bar and foyer are pleasant. Would stay here again.
I liked everything about it would stay again.
Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Good restaurant, but easy walk to good pubs & food. Very helpful staff.
Hotel was excellent great atmosphere and staff friendly and helpful.
Location was great. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast
No Airconditioning and poor ventilation in hot weather then when windows open, street noise was a nuisance.
Can not think of anything right now.
Proximity to the bus system and the ferry.
I didn't like that you had to pay for decent wi-fi and you had to pay for a bottle of water. The facility cost enough that both of those things should have been complimentary.
