Next to the river, this 4-star hotel overlooks the Bord Gais Energy Theatre. Guests can enjoy its spacious rooms, 22-meter swimming pool, and health club, just a 10-minute walk from the O2 Arena.
Score from 641 reviews Very good
Drinks in the bar were very expensive. Choice of food on restaurant menu very limited.
Location was great staff where helpful room was clean and comfortable and when we returned from the 3arena we could still order food
People in room next door to us where very loud and kept us awake most of the night which was very annoying
Easy access to all amenities luas stop just around the corner to get into city centre, 10 min walk to 3 arena which was great for us
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money.
As a first time visitor I really appreciated the friendly receptionist who welcomed me at the desk on my arrival. Her name was Vlasta. Together with another person by the name of Aga they were always there to help out, with a smile, with any enquiries that I had. The staff in the restaurant was very polite. I also appreciated that I at all times had the necessities like plenty of towels etc. in my room.
Can`t really think of anything that I didn`t like.
Rooms large & pleasant, lovely breakfast, also hotel in great spot beside the river & close to all areas of Dublin, plus Airport bus stops outside hotel which was very convenient. Loved the whole experience & would return.
Clean, excellent beds, good parking facilities and wide choice at breakfast. Public transport at the doorstep although city centre is easily accessible by foot.
The pipes of the heating system rattled very loudly several times during the night, although it was summer and the radiators were turned off. It made for very poor sleep during our three nights stay.
Was all good
Excellent staff. A bit of a mix up in our rooms and this was fixed quickly with a room swap. Comfortable and right on the river so lovely view. Restaurant reasonably priced and wait staff especially good.
A little out of the way. About 10 minutes walk from centre of O'Connell St & Temple Bar.
The hotel and the location is superb!!
Nothing to dislike.
the decor was lovely and the location was great
the beds had bed bugs the staff were rude the bar drinks had flies in every serving
Central Dublin location very good
Carpets and the whole place was grubby - would need a good makeover.
Location was great as I needed to be in the area for meetings. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby.
Wifi was a bit slow and wouldn't allow me to do a `video' skype with my kids. Needed to upgrade to pay for premium to enable the bandwidth to do this...
very friendly staff
Room far too small for money paid.
Fantastic location, helpful staff and a great breakfast :)
Wish there were fans.
Very comfortable beds and big over sized towels. Nice bar and restaurant downstairs.
That I could not get an early check in even though it was requested when the reservation was made.
Initially I had booked a triple room but circumstances dictated a change to 2 double rooms. The receptionist managed to make the change swiftly without any issues and also managed to give us rooms (3 in total) next to each other. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean, Although on a main road the double glazed windows keep out all the traffic noise. Bathrooms spotless. ALL restaurant staff breakfast and dinner well trained and friendly. Well done Jury's inn you train your people well.
Access to parking, handy location for Croke park & shopping.
Didn't get a good nights sleep because I couldn't believe Donegal beat Dublin. Up Donegal!!
Excellent location. Staff were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.
You had to reconnect to wifi every 24 hours and you had pay extra for premium wi-fi.
Location was great, nearby hop-on-hop-off bus stop, and right next to parking garage. Staff very friendly even when we arrived for a late dinner at 9:45 (closes at 10pm). Room was large and very clean. Great view from two sets of windows.
The bed was very lumpy and you could feel the bed springs. We had to put an extra blanket under the non-fitted sheet to make it more bearable. Baby cot sheet was not a fitted sheet. Anyone who deals with baby bedding should know this is terribly dangerous!
Value for money. exactly what I expected. Having the airport bus outside was helpful for us.
Food, location, bed
Size of shower (everything else was awesome)
