Hotel was perfect. Spotless, extremely comfortable and welcoming. The room and bed could not be faulted. The staff were amazing. Certainly extremely welcoming. Breakfast could not be faulted . Would recommend this hotel and certainly would stay again. Fantastic value for money
Hotel advertised free WiFi however connection was extremely poor and could not connect at all. After several attempts we gave up.
Close the centre of town, restaurants and bars
Near enough to shops and 3 Arena. Ideal location when travelling with Air Coach
No music in toilets near reception. Too quiet!!!
Great location Staff very helpful Good Value for Money
One of the pizzas in the restaurant (goats cheese and spinach) wasn't great. The Ham and Mushroom was fine!
Breakfast very nice, close to City Center and 3Arena. Ours room wasn't ready yet when we arrive, but we got different room. Very nice bar.
When we arrive we got training staff Siona (She shouldn't working herself yet).First she can't find my name, then we got wrong information about breakfast, after this she never told us about free WiFi, I need back from my own room and remind her after reading my booking conformation, for the end she have trouble with print receipt then she promise bring to us and she never done. Very bad light in room.Very disappointment. Pity we didn't get different staff, like Agnieszka or other staff which working this day in reception. We heard how them explain different guest, they was professional.
lovely big bathroom, nice room with a good front facing view, great price
bed was a little bit hard for me
Walking distance from the bus station and also 3 Arena
A bit out of the way for shopping .
A lovely long weekend in Dublin at a fabulous hotel!! Not in the centre, but only a few minutes walk and you are in Temple Bar area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I emailed in advance to say we would be arriving well before the check-in time, this was not a problem and our room was available upon arrival. On the day of departure, the hotel receptionist booked a taxi for the airport, at our request, and as we were leaving prior to breakfast we were offered a "pack up" breakfast. Clean towels daily.
There was nothing to dislike.
Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast.
Car park was expensive.
I liked everything, a great place to stay.
Having to log into the wifi every 24 hours was a bit frustrating.
