Veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Grei mat.Rommet var helt greit og det var lyst og rent alle steder. Sentralt beliggende i fht Dublins' handlegater/Temple Bar Area. Kanskje litt pålegg til frokost hadde gjort seg.. Det er ikke alle som er så glad i masse varm mat så tidlig på dagen, og som heller kunne tenke seg en brødskive i stedet for musli-blandinger. |

Great breakfast buffet, delicious! Perfect location: Close to the city, (easy to walk) and close to the water The room was ok - but we booked for three persons, not for two. Sofa for the third person was very very bad. |

The proximity to the O2 and the city centre/temple bar area. The girl on reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit basic for the price. The Jurys in Galway is a lot nicer for the same money. Could be modernised!! |

The Reception Staff were very efficient and friendly.. food service after hours was very helpful ..rooms were comfortable... The parking cost of 15.00 for the overnight stay was too expensive and...on the website it said 12.00 euro..and it also advertised at 14.00 in the hotel. |

Excellent location in relation to my meeting. Reasonable cost parking for city centre. My room was a linked room and I could hear the TV next door. I had to call reception at 1.00 am as I could'nt sleep. I could then hear the phone ringing and the conversation! |

this is the second time i have stayed in this hotel its very clean and the foyer is so big I wish the other jury s inn in dublin were the same price as I have also stayed in christ church and it was a lot more expensive no parkin |

The hotel was in a good location and had a decent bar and restaurant. The staff were very nice. I thought the room a little shoddy. The bedding needs to be replaced and the bathroom was just old! |

I booked hotel because of its proximity to O2,as I was attending Fleetwood Mac concert- location was excellant. Yes,as above ,the hotel deliberately upped the price of rms due to the fact the concert was on that weekend;the price was ridiciously expensive(I was on my own in double rm)-Attendees of the o2 will stay in jurys custom Hse,due to its location ,so I feel there's no reason to charge more than €100 per rm- I paid €160-too much,especially in these times. |

We have always found Jurys Inn Custom House Quay to be comfortable and very clean and very convenient for our stays be they O2 events or shopping trips. The staff are always courteous and helpful. We liked the buffet available after the O2 event. (great idea). The prepared fresh fruit at breakfast was really good with a wide variety of fruit available. While we think the buffet available after events in 02 is a great idea, we have to say that we felt it could have been hotter. Maybe it was because we were one of the first back to the hotel and possibly the first batch of food was prepared too early. Also the breakfast the next morning while there is nothing wrong with it, again we felt could have been hotter. |

Convenience to the O2 for the Fletwood Mac concert. It was my first time staying there and I found the staff friendly and efficient. Also the room was very clean and comfortable. It was my first time staying at the hotel. I have recommended it to others who have just booked to stay there for the Lily Allen and Simple MInds concerts at the O2 in December. I would definitely stay there again for shopping trips as well as for concerts at the O2 |

Proximity to the O2. Hotel was extremely clean. At check-in my credit card was swiped for 50 euro more than the price of the room incase I wanted to charge anything to my room (bar/meals) which i thought was a bit cheeky. I have never experienced this before. |
