Location of hotel. Shower facilities in the room were very poor and the drains in the shower backed up to the top of the bath during the shower. The room was too hot at night. |

super location, car park next door. Nice rooms but I must remember to ask for a room at the back next time. Lively at night just out the front of the Hotel |

Location was great, near all the historical points and restaurants. Bed was noisy and squeaked, it was irritating. |

We enjoyed the setting - right in the heart of the city. It had been recommended by our son-in-law, and it lived up to expectation. We had a problem with the door, which didn't always lock when we left the room. This was addressed by staff. |

Jurys Inn ,Galway is right in the centre of this buzzing Irish city.As soon as you walk out its doors Galway city is waiting on you.Staying hear saves on taxi fares as many other Galway Hotels are based outside the city.It is a bright Hotel with good breakfast menu and a nice bar to relax in at night. The car park that services Jurys Inn closses at 1.00am (public car park).We travelled outside Galway city and I felt I was constantly looking at my watch to make sure we were back in the city before 1.00am. |

Location, Staff. The parking was ridiculous, you had to pay 10 per day for parking (and were paying 723 for 3 nights there so parking should be included!). The room was stink the first day, we opened windows so was fine thereafter. The shower did not work at all. Restaurant menu wasn't great yet the bar one was fine but wasn't serving after 6pm. Staff were excellent! Specially girls on reception and foreign lady at breakfast. Room was given fresh towels every day. |

Iliked that it was on the door step to the city. Everything was walking distance from the hotel if we wanted to eat or drink or shop He hotel was very warm, we left the windows open all night, and this resulted in being woke up early in the morning. It would not be a problem in winter time. |

Comfortable with great location The heat in this hotel was unbearable and staff would not turn it down, we met someone who stayed here the week before and they said the exact same thing. If your staying in a front room you wont sleep a wink with the noise of clubbers, pub goers and traffic...request one of the back rooms away from the main street. Had to pay for parking. |

It's central location was ideal for shopping, which I think you should emphasise in your advertising. The views from the upstairs rooms were superb. The noise from the street at night |

I have stayed in many jurys and this one has to be the worst No room service very over priced for what you get. If you use a phone card on the house phone they charge you 2 euro which ads up more than the actual phone card price |

The location was really great it was on the bottom of the central street in Galway close to nightlfe The rooms were tired and we had to call down to have the TV work and obtain a hairdrier. The guest room halls were a touch smelly and worn |
