Good standards, clean & neat rooms; helpful staff, location overlooking water but close to bars, pubs & shopping Only enough milk for one drink on the coffee tray in-room.....would have asked for more but only realised next morning and we were leaving 15mins later so no time

Location was fantastic. Rooms were bright clean and a fair size jury's is perfect for a weekend break to Galway Carpark adjacent to hotel is very narrow a real tight squeeze.

we were visiting with a french couple who wanted to see the west of ireland,so we choose galway as our first stop,it was very very conveient to food music and we did a bus trip to the cliffs etc,the staff in the hotel couldnt have been any friendler.

Staff were excellent! Room was lovely and when our shower head broke, they sorted it immediately. Breakfast price is silly.. 2.33 Euros for filter coffee?

The location was great. Very central to the river, harbor, museum, traditional pubs, and good restaurants. A little too cookie cutter design. But very comfortable.

Travelling with another couple, their shower didnt work so had to use ours. Our rooms were located between a stag party and a hen weekend, got no sleep with all the partying either side of us.

the location was fantastic. You step outside the front door and you are on the main strip. it was great having a car park facility. The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. Will definitely return.
