It's central location was ideal for shopping, which I think you should emphasise in your advertising. The views from the upstairs rooms were superb. The noise from the street at night |

I have stayed in many jurys and this one has to be the worst No room service very over priced for what you get. If you use a phone card on the house phone they charge you 2 euro which ads up more than the actual phone card price |

The location was really great it was on the bottom of the central street in Galway close to nightlfe The rooms were tired and we had to call down to have the TV work and obtain a hairdrier. The guest room halls were a touch smelly and worn |

Price and ease of booking. The room given was not good. Right on the street corner and very noisey. No proivacy, couldn't open the curtains as everybody walking by could look directly in. |

It was very poor. The room with stayed in was on the ground floor, it was particularly small with little room to even move around the bed. It was quite obvious that the room had been split as there was a timber border between it and another room. There was no bath - only a shower and again it was very small. The room cost 145 Euros and it was very dissapointing. |

The View of the river was amazing. Very Central to Restraunts and Bars with plenty of live music even on a Sunday night. |

Went out socialising in Galway How we had to pay a further €10.00 for parking. Parking should be free with hotels. |

It is a very central location. The bar food starters were quite nice but the main courses where more or less inedible. I was very surprised that we had to pay €10 per night for parking and another €10 for internet access. I stay in many hotels across the country and found it to be the first hotel to charge extra for both of these facilities which I feel should be included. |

Easy to get too & an excellent location Got room on the first floor & it was exceptionally noisy as it was beside an engine outside that was running all night. This was disappointing as the hotel was far from full so was very bad management that any customers had to put up with the noise. |
