The staff at both reception and the bar were very helpful friendly. The rooms were modern and very clean and had all the necessary facilities needed. There was no noise what so ever which was great. All in all an excellent hotel experience! I can't criticise it, the stay was perfect.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely friendly and helpful. Arrived Sunday around 8am and was allowed to check into a spare room until our room was ready. The room as tastefully decorated and bathroom was spotless. Great location close to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Booked my 2 nights in Dublin at a Jury's Inn because of this stay and wasn't disappointed. Free Wi-Fi would have been nice but other than that nothing at all.

Location and excellent staff who were responsive to needs. We had a newly renovated room equipped with facilities for the disabled, however the shower was incredibly badly designed even for an able bodied person. The bathroom did not have an emergency cord which is required for disabled persons usage.

Location, location, location Nice large bathroom Good shower temperature and pressure Liked that breakfast was a buffet so you can come and go as you please Parking options aren't ideal, but that's also a city-wide issue and not Jury's fault.

The location of the hotel No staff to bring up breakfast in the morning. No effort made to facilitate this request. Also the dining room for breakfast was sparse. Tables were bare. No tables laid ..no mats. Etc. far too much emphasis on self service. Not what I would expect from a four star hotel. Disappointing.

It was an average hotel. Nothing really stood out for me. I do not think it is a good value for one's money. First, you have to pay for internet. Also, it does not have it's own parking. We had a hard time parking our Honda Civic intermediate size car; the garage is very narrow and hard to navigate. Parking was pricey. In addition, we lost electricity in our room and had to move to another room. The reason was unknown, but the maintenance staff tried to blame our universal adapter for this; we had no issues at any other hotel we stayed in during our 10 visit to Ireland. While rushing to leave for a tour of the Cliffs of Moher, we had to pack so that the staff could move our stuff to another room. I could not blow dry my hair. Because we used Bookings.com, our bill only consisted of internet. The hotel never apologized for this. I thought they could have offered us a free breakfast, but nothing. We did purchase the breakfast, and it was buffet style; the eggs were rubbery. It was a waist of money. Lastly, this hotel does not offer conscierge services. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Central location, great staff and quiet despite traffic levels at front. very late room servicing (16:00 & 17:00 often). Bar meals - poor choice and quality.

Location. The booking.com reservation system said that I could modify my reservation online, but when I tried to complete the change form, it asked me for a phone number...I entered it, and it said that it was invalid and it would not allow me to change my reservation. This was not a good experience...thankfully the Jurys Inn people were able to adjust it.
