Location Great Breakfast Location Good Bar Great Room Good Staff Parking available Right outside door is a variety of bars restaurants etc. Ideal for visitors to the city
Slightly expensive given that you would be looking for a leisure centre etc on site for the price we paid. However, still good place to stay
I had a awful nights sleep .. there are two rooms on the ground floor right beside the kitchen and just down from breakfast area ... there was plates clattering untill 3am and then breakfast noise started from 6am ... The noise was so bad it felt like i was sleeping in a hotel kitchen ... Refuse these two rooms if you are staying here
Great location, good size room , also liked the shower curtain/rail witch in some hotels can bug me lol ,
I didn't drive but you really should have at the very latest have a good guest rate for parking, free wifi expected now days but your free option is only ok, your "premium" wifi is too expensive, but I'm just nit picking great hotel!
The staff were lovely and very helpful .very clean and the rooms nice and cosy .I will be back .really enjoyed it
No non-slip mats for the shower/tub. My mom is 85, so non slip is important. Her room was large and bright. The room I shared with my sister was dark and small. No amenities in the bathroom.
We could walk everywhere central for our needs and no fuss ..
No swimming pool ( can't have it everyway .. )
Breakfast wasn't great. It was buffet style layout. Everything dried up and chewy. After a night of heavy drink I was looking foward to a bit of grease to soak it up. Was very poor and I felt the worst of it.
I liked the position, the comfort, the staff, the food, the views.
I didn't like carrying my case up and down stairs from the car park. I wish there was a spa.
The staff are friendly and the hotel has a good location.
The price was very high for one night, and we barely slept a wink. People were singing in a room nearby, until about 5am. At 9am we were awoken by people talking on the corridor - surely the rooms should be better sound proofed than this? The bed was quite small and uncomfortable too. Not worth the very high rate per night.
Its such a perfect location so near the restaurants, the shops and entertainment. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are lovely helpful and friendly.
Lobby area has been made over a bit and is more comfortable.
Nothing in particular.
Surely a place to come back. Good rooms and good breakfast. Phantastic view .
Very small room on ground floor very noisy
Room at front was too noisy
a bit pricey and breckfast was not included.
Great location. It was only a few short steps to the pubs, restaurants and shops, lovely clean rooms which also had a fan. Staff very friendly
Car park is very small and it is difficult to park. We would recommend a staff member man the car park and park cars for people. We witnessed some less experienced drivers having major difficulty in the car park.
We found it a great location to stay in.
Location, parking, personnel, furnishings
Price. You are getting expensive. May have to stop using you, after all these years. Will have to stop using Dublin hotel on the quays, too.
Location was brilliant, ideal for shopping, eating or just lounging about taking in the sights.
Having to haul luggage up & down steps from car park, a lift on all floors would be good. The lobby toilets could do with checking on a regular basis as they were filthy the 2 times I had to visit.
Location, staff, cosmopolitan feel of guests. Free WiFi always useful.
Hotel could get extremely busy at times with touring parties, but this added to the atmosphere. No real quiet space to relax.
we had an issue regarding bedlinen and it was handled excellently and promptly by the Manager Sean. His response was impressive.
noise from outside disturbed sleep
So close to quay street which was perfect for us as it is pretty much created for tourists. Lots of pubs, restaurants, gift shops etc. Good breakfast. Lovely view of river from room.
Ground floor room on corner of the building right beside the road. Very noisy so couldn't open window and room was too hot. Also people walking past at 3am banging on window.
Location and newly refurbished
Security over the top .whilst security is required they appeared quite aggressive.
