Restaurant food very average very noisey hotel with hen parties got very little sleep
River view -- be sure to ask for it! Super clean and comfortable.
WIFI very unreliable and prone to overload or disconnection. No bath, just handicap access shower (not requested)
Great location right n the heart of Galway, bedrooms very nice, modern and spacious. Rest of hotel nice also,
Staff not very friendly and slow, very expensive, restaurant very slow service and not great choice,
Bar food was fabulous
Room was a little small. Key card would not work on both night's which was a little annoying...
Clean and comfortable
Accessibilty and parking difficulties!!!
Location , room was comfortable, nice pillows, lovely bathroom
My room was on ground floor right beside the street and was very very very noisy at night - didn't mind traffic noise.
cleanliness, décor, efficiency of staff and general layout of hotel. Central to all the main attractions. Food excellent and plentiful.
4 of us. Lovely service. Clean and perfectly located
Great hotel in an excellent location for the sights, bars and restaurants of Galway. Friendly staff and great rooms.
I found no negatives during my stay that could be attributed to the Hotel or it's staff.
Otherwise very good hotel for visiting area. Found good trad music session in The Crane nearby and friendly locals.
Only problem was the heat in the room. We couldn't open the triple glazed window due to noise in Quay Street but glazing did cut out the noise on 3rd floor.
Great location right in the town center Convenient Parking Good Breakfast
The location was on point and hotel facilities and staff were excellent rooms are very clean
Room was very small ,on the bottom floor looking out on to a busy road of cars and pedestrians.not a very private room . Curtains drawn at all times to feel like you weren't been watched . Bathroom is extremely small
the location is ideal for a brief Galway visit with everything on your doorstep-room was nice and big,bed very comfy-nice outdoor area near the river
You wouldn't want to hang out in the hotel bar-open,cold and impersonal-not with all those great pubs on Quay street right next door!
Hotel is in ideal location in galway city . Perfect for a shopping trip or a night out.Room very comfortable & warm . Great value for money.
Pity there weren't enough towels in our room...There were 3 of us & had 2 ask for more...only a small point . otherwise can't fault hotel
Breakfast was lovely. Location excellent. Onsite parking although a bit tight
Heat in room and couldn't open window as we were on the ground floor and noise from other people outside but it wasn't a big deal
Great location, friendly helpful staff, high standard of cleanliness'
The car park (not owned by Jury's) is a nightmare!!
Walking distance to shops.Central location Clean and fresh. Good food.
Car parking a hassle..ticket machine not working! Having to pay extra 20euros for parking at hotel.
Hotel is in a great location in Galway, centrally located to shops, resturants and pubs. Modern hotel with clean interior. Rooms are OK but lack a bit of character.
The weather was freezing in August but probably can't blame the hotel
the staff were very friendly brekfast was very good
toilets on the wednesday night could have been cleaned at reception ,but their was some funtion on .
Clean and comfortable, good breakfast and enjoyed the meal
I traveled from the Boston area with my sisters (we grew up in Galway) and our daughters, and we were made very welcome. Very clean room, lots of space, loved that we had an electric kettle in the room for those early morning/late night cups of tea.
I love the location as we have stayed before, hotel is center to everything, staff are helpful and hotel is clean.
The last time we stayed we were on the 1st floor, it was spacious and quiet, this time however we were on the ground floor. It was small and very noisy! The two nights we were there this time, I got very little sleep.
Car parking awful.
We thought the car had been locked in when we returned after 6pm on Sunday, the staff member didn't understand our distress, and didn't explain how the ticket would open the gate... We weren't stuck!!!!!
