Good value for money-get what you pay for

Town location,not really for me didnt realise it was right on a busy road,my fault for not checking also no parking had to park in multi storey which makes it inconvenient

The room was great

Something that happens in many hotels. They ask you to save water by leaving towels on the rails if you do not need them to wash them, but they wash them anyway

The hotel was located in a prime location in Limerick.

The staff is mostly Polish and there was a big language barrier. They need to have some ice machines on the floors and they need to put in some type of fan vents in the bathrooms and some type of air conditioning in the rooms. It was awfully humid and warm at times.

Nothing, complaints, very poor, shabby, several things were not acceptable and we complained, firstly the bathroom was a disgrace, the dirt and grime under the bath taps was disgusting, the tiles around the shower area were filthy, there was a crack in the sink and the whole room was grubby and dingy, secondly, the main room was shabby, very noisy all night from traffic, double glazing didn't work

continued from above..complaints....thirdly the maid came into the room at 7.45am, we didn't want to wake up that early we were on holiday, that is not acceptable, fourthly we wanted an evening meal in the restaurant, it was closed off for a private party and we had to eat in the bar at restaurant prices with people in work clothes

Checked in at 2.00 p.m. Alarm down the street was ringing, requested a different room, none available, alaram rang all night and could not sleep. Received free car parking ticket worth €7.50, but car park barrier was not working, so parking was free anyway. Offered free breakfast but we were not hungry. Not much staff could do about alarm, but we could have been offered complimentary lunch.

It was a walk away from the main shopping street and they had car parking facilities from the time you booked in until 1pm the following day for a set fee of €7.50

I would have liked if their was room service

The attitude of the man at the front desk was unacceptable.
