Good location for seeing the sights of Limerick, but not easy to find due to road closure and parking off site, although not far away.

I stayed with my husband and 4 month little girl , the staff were excellent was given a room on the fifth floor to ensure no street noise, travel cot provided and couch in the room. Bathroom was basic but spotless! Breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked and cold buffet with a really nice waitress ! Excellent location everything in walking distance.

Clean room, handy location, price Grubby bathroom, sticky breakfast table and a breeze in the breakfast room. I didn't like the gang of 20 year olds drinking, smoking, playing music and having a party on the 3rd floor beside the lifts. But I couldn't hear them from my room because I was far down the corridor.

Location in city centre The noise from the main road was awful! The windows should be triple glazed and the walls are paper thin. We heard people screaming very late at night when going into their rooms.

The whole atmosphere was really nice. And for the price that we were charged? It's the best for me at the moment. The staff were polite.

My room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the Shannon and the bridge. The staff were very courteous at all times. It is very central for shopping and as a base if touring surrounding area. No booklet in room to denote times of breakfast etc. Other hotels offer free parking at a local car park overnight for rooms of the same tariff.

Hotel was cheap and clean. Had all that was necessary for a city weekend break. Room was to the front of the hotel so there was a bit of traffic noise. Breakfast is expensive but when you consider the room price it is not so bad.

Good central location, very good value and comfortable No parking with the hotel - have to pay €7.50 for overnight stay in multistorey at the back of the hotel - this multistorey is poorly laid out and only designed for Nissan Micra'S. Cars have gotten bigger over the years and this place need an upgrade

Location Staff generally friendly Freezing cold water shower, couldnt turn on the hot water as the shower 'knob' was broken. Dark dated bedroom with a lovely view of a multistorey car park. Bathroom needed updating. Won't be coming back. Bar has zero atmosphere like being in a dungeon!

I was expecting it to be awful from the reviews but we were plesantly surprised as our room was spacious. The location ideal as my partner was doing the marathon. We had a fab view of fireworks! We couldn't get an extension for check-out so my partner had no where to shower after running. Needs renevations The shower was weak enough. It was quiet noisey due to a drunk man who was roaring up the hall at 3am.
