Very central I did not like the lack of a proper garage in which to place my car. Having to use a public car-park, and pay seven euro each time I took my car out, will prevent me from using this hotel again, despite the positive report I am pleased to provide above. |

I found the hotel to be great value and the location for the City and Thomond park was excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Plus the later check out time was excellent for me. |

The staff were welcoming, helpfuland courteuous, the room was very comfortable, and the view we enjoyed of the Shannon from our bedroom window was spectacular. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The Inn Pub is rather more of a Sports Bar than a comfortable hotel bar where you can enjoy a quiet drink. It was too noisy for the quiet drink we had planned, so we decamped to the Glen Tavern. The full Irish breakfast is fine unless you happen to be a vegetarian, in which case the absence of mushrooms and hash browns - a usual part of any hotel breakfast - is a major disappointment. In fact. |

A very convenient location only ten minutes walk from the railway station. My bedroom had a fantastic view over the Shannon and up as far as King John's Castle. Ask for riverside views when booking. Staff were very friendly. |
