I found the hotel to be great value and the location for the City and Thomond park was excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Plus the later check out time was excellent for me. |

The staff were welcoming, helpfuland courteuous, the room was very comfortable, and the view we enjoyed of the Shannon from our bedroom window was spectacular. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The Inn Pub is rather more of a Sports Bar than a comfortable hotel bar where you can enjoy a quiet drink. It was too noisy for the quiet drink we had planned, so we decamped to the Glen Tavern. The full Irish breakfast is fine unless you happen to be a vegetarian, in which case the absence of mushrooms and hash browns - a usual part of any hotel breakfast - is a major disappointment. In fact. |

A very convenient location only ten minutes walk from the railway station. My bedroom had a fantastic view over the Shannon and up as far as King John's Castle. Ask for riverside views when booking. Staff were very friendly. |

It was a good central location, I had friends in Limerick, they were easily able to pick me up and take us around the city because of the central location. Security was also very good. |

There was privacy, and check in was seamless. The lack of room service, and the lack of proper coffeee (instant! eugh!) in the room. Parking was a hassle too- if it's going to be that much hassle, the cost should be inclusive. |

Beautiful view of the river shannon, particularly at night. Easy stroll into town. Right at the heart of the city. Staff very friendly and curteous. Street noise was very apparent. Although staying on the fourth floor the room was very noisy. Whilst not connected to the hotel the adjoining blocks were filthy as in street litter. Also parking is not ideal, and Henry Street car park need to clean their act up! |

ease of access to centr city Limerick I discovered that I inadvertantly left some belongings in my bathroom on my return home. I called the hotel from my home and was told that they had been found and left in "lost and found". |
