Stora ljusa rum. Lätt att ta sig till stadens olika sevärdheter. Avsaknaden av putsade fönster. De gick med nöd och näppe att se ut genom. |

The location of the hotel & the price we paid for the room. The room itself was very nice for a 3 star. The car park for the hotel can be tricky to find, depending on which way you are approaching the hotel. |

when road works started at 11:00pm the hotel staff moved us easily and without fuss to a quieter room |

Location is good for city centre. Car parking available in public car park next to hotel 7.5 Euro per day. Buffet breakfast is reasonable and is totally self service including making your own cup of tea. This hotel is a budget B&B but has a bar which, like the dining room, is rather drab and dated. The noisy plumbing! Rooms are comfortable but bathroom needs updating and better lighting. |

Location of hotel The hotel was not clean, particularly the bedroom and toilet facilities. The carpets in the communal areas were also dirty. The heat in my room did not come on for the first night of my stay. |

Being in the city of limerick but not the centre I had a room facing out the back of the hotel, terrible view, which is acceptable if i was staying one night but I stayed two nights. |

The bar in the hotel leaves alot to be desired, very dark lots of spider webs on the lights and bulbs missing! |

Very relaxing and peaceful. The shower switch was very hard to turn.The washhand basin taps splashed water unto my clothes. |

the atmostphere in the hotel was nice and friendly. the only thing i had a issue with was when i rang to confirm earlier in the week the 3 rooms i booked. firstly i was told i had not reservation, had to call back twice to confim all was ok for sat night, I had booked 3 rooms and it concered me when we had to call back a few time to ensre all was ok. |

Good value for money-get what you pay for Town location,not really for me didnt realise it was right on a busy road,my fault for not checking also no parking had to park in multi storey which makes it inconvenient |
