Well maintained. Very Clean. Efficient Staff. Price of Bistro food & Breakfast too expensive. Because of this we did not dine in hotel but went into town. |

Great room, overlooking the river weir, with fly fishermen, just an easy flat walk to city centre, new hotel, great interior design, dining terrace overlooking river, nice buzz in the bar, good bar dining at sensible prices, excellent main course dish of the day 14.5 euros, cheap for ROI,nice restaurant, spa and 19m pool, free underground car park, makes great touring centre. Will stay again!. Full Irish breakfast, extensive selection,a bit pricey, cooked content all too greasy for me,not the same chef as evening for sure, Continental 5 euros less. Free coffee, tea in room. Everything else super, have just booked their 4 star hotel in Dublin. Will stay here next time in Cork Great! |

The staff were particularly helpful, pleasant and welcoming and this has been a consistant feature of this hotel for me during previous visits. 90 euro for a single room for one night, no breakfast, in this day and age was a little steep and I will not hurry back purely on that basis. |

location was good, free parking, free internet and printing at the business center. Staff were welcoming and friendly. View from my room were great although room/bathroom were clean and tidy, if you want to be too picky, there was spider net at the my windon from inside and there were dried urine spots under the loo. |

This hotel is new and quite luxurious. There were a few small things wrong with our room but mainly resolved quickly and hotel management offered to move our room but we preferred to stay next door to our friends so they gave us a round of drinks on the house to apologise for the inconvenience. Swimming pool staff not very helpful in regard to Hotel guests use of Spa facilities although the spa was very nice - take your swimming hat as you are not allowed in the pool without one. |
