Location Food was extremely poor. I have never had a seafood chowder as bad. I comlained and had a cheese sandwich - which I paid for. This was at Lunchtime. I had dinner and some of the group had the soup and that was no better. My free range chicken was a small portion. |

Comfortable & clean room; large convenient, free car park; close to city centre but not too close which suited me; good pool & leisure centre; all the facilities you need. Front desk staff could be a bit friendlier |

A very nice hotel located at less than 10minutes from the very center of Cork city. Outstanding guest room with hifi system, iron, kettle with tea, coffee & milk, a big shower and a bath and sofas. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi is accessible from the 1st floor (no need to go outside) and free : just think to bring a cap otherwise you'll have to buy it for 2€. We will definitely come back to this hotel. |

The hotel is a fairly new modern addtion to the cork market and they have done a great job redesigning the old Jury's. We stayed in a triple room as I was meeting some old friends. There did seem to be a few stag and hen parties staying that weekend but no trouble or noise. I have also stayed here with my wife so it is a good all rounder. Can't comment on the food as I didn't eat in. Menu looked reasonable. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar/restaurant had a good bar menu and there was a good buzz. The rooms were modern, with the most comfortable bed i think i have ever slept in. |

The room was very clean and had all the required facilities. The staff were efficient and pleasant. The swimming pool was very enjoyable and the water was beautifully warm. The room was too warm at night time. We did have the air conditioning on but maybe it needed more adjustment. The cost of the breakfast is very high so we did not avail of it. This was not ideal as we were travelling with 2 young children and it would have been better if we could have eaten breakfast in the hotel. |

Great location,lovely staff and beautiful rooms with everything you could need!I will be returning very soon!The warm chocolate gateaux in the bar is to die for :) I did not like the service i received when checking out, on arrival we got a warm welcome from a very friendly receptionist, we paid the balance on arrival so in the morning when we went to check out i said i wanted to pay the outstanding balance for a movie we had ordered,i paid the fee and the receptionist failed to say anything apart from what was owed and a quick thank you.We were never asked how our stay was,did we enjoy it,was everything okay etc.I work in the a 5 star hotel myself and that service just would not be accepted in our hotel. |

The hotel room was a very good size and very clean. The hotel had a nice Christmas atmosphere. It also had very good facilities to work in ie: internet access in rooms and a business area. |
