we stayed in executive room thought it was well worth the extra, especialy as you have access to executive lounge for free drinks and biscuits. It was quite and peaceful and had good car parking no, but as in most hotels I think more explanation could be made when arriving where all the facilities are, what is required if wanted to use them if applicable where we are in respect to surrounding area ie town centre and offer of help with booking any trips or taxis etc |

Firstly you should understand that I stay in many 4 star hotels all over the world, I am therefore not easily impressed. But with this particular hotel, I liked the location, the staff, the food, just about everything, and although I did not use the lesure facilities and/or the swimming pool, the staff made me aware of it's existence as soon as I checked in. I have no hesitation in giving this hotel 10/10 No. |

Excellent helpful reception staff, lovely rooms, excellent spa facilities. The food was slightly over priced and it would have been nice if the bar stayed open a little longer. It closed at 11.30pm. |

I thought that the girls on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was not great. It was overpriced and cold when served. The restaurant itself was a bit too cold. |

We liked the design of the hotel and the floor to ceiling window which gave a great view over the River Lee and the city. Obviously a lot of thought had gone in to the lay out of the room and the bathroom, and it was very well equipped. Everything was lovely and clean, and it was a bonus having a bath and separate shower in the en suite. We did not eat in the hotel as the breakfast was very expensive at over 17 euros for the full English and 12 euros for the continental. As the pound and the euro are almost on a par now this seemed a lot to pay. We found a place called Tony's Bar (a ten minute walk from the hotel) where a cooked breakfast ranged from 6 to 10 euros depending on what you had. The food was very good and it is obviously a very popular place with the locals as it always seemed to be busy. |

it was easy to walk into town & the leisure centre was lovely. The whole hotel was freezing & the toilet did not flush properly in the room. We went for this hotel even though it was one of the more expensive ones because we thought at least it would be a bit of luxury but i was very disappointed. |

The room, the spa, the bar, the breakfasts, the staff and the atmosphere. The floor to ceiling, wall to wall window had no net curtain. It was a bit like being in a shop window. |

We liked absolutly everything about this hotel. Great location, wonderful design and atmosphere. The room was huge, the bed was sooooo comfortable, excellant amenities, free indoor parking with lift to floor etc'. The service was great - professional, efficient and curtious. Breakfast was great (though a bit overpriced). We were sorry we only had one night and did not have enough time to enjoy the spa. |
