Not really ideal for familes with children unless very young. With a 10 and a 12 year old sharing a room it wasn't big enough. They weren't allowed in the pool on there own. A fridge in the room would have helped. More for couples, or weekend breaks. Very expensive for a week with no meals included. When we did eat in the hotel bar and the resturant it was excellent food and service. Nice hotel, probably wrong choice for what we wanted, but a lovely stay in Cork. Also on your web site you say DVD in room, there wasn't, not in any rooms, only a CD player, very disappointed kids!

The design, comfort and appointment of the room was excellent. The view was spectacular as well. Overall this is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in. Ireland. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Neat rooms. It is a proper 4 star business hotel located about 5-7 mins from the city centre. Free parking. No wifi in the room.

Lovely hotel with some nice touches (warm towel on arrival/ water to take away on departure). Nice interiors. Very comfortable bed and a lovely breakfast. A bit pricey @ €140 b&b

Lovely view from our hotel room on the 5th level and comfortable bed and facilities. We booked the hotel on booking.com and it's advertised with dvd player in all rooms and we brought a collection of DVD's with us to watch and was disappointed to discover that there was no dvd player.

I booked a room that had access to the executive lounge and this was a very useful resource. The staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant. Very friendly, professional and attentive. Some of the best service staff I have come across. The breakfast was excellent, the best I have ever experienced, and I would recommend the hotel on the basis of breakfast alone. Very happy indeed. The leisure facilities were basic, over-subscribed to and repairs were being carried out at the time of our stay.

We liked everything about this hotel, this should be a 5 star hotel compared to some of the 4 star hotels I have stayed in in Europe. And the price is so reasonable. Very impressed with a great location.

The breakfast buffet was really nice and complete , the staff really helpfull and the bedroom was really nice , only the matress a bit soft but that for each person to decide what they like. In total the experience was really good. Just when going to the parking it would be good to have a sign that says the parking for hotel customers is free and that they valid your ticket in reception.

We enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing exactly what we needed to enjoy a bit of qualtiy family time together during the christmas period. Location was excellent and we felt very refreshed after our break.
