Comfort, convenience to city (walking distance,) good parking, excellent room facilities, really comfortable beds, nice breakfast, gorgeous views, friendly staff, I stayed here twice once midweek and once weekend and both times was woken by loud talking in the night |

the room , the facilities in room, the accomodation staff and service provided were good the price was quite high for what we got, we stayed there before and were charged a normal weekend price and found it was worth it for that price but prices doubled for the jazz weekend and i felt we did not get value for money at all,no extras were providied even though we paid double.,i was very dissappointed |

I liked the ambience and style of the hotel. A lot of this was due to the Jazz Festival. This is the second time I have stayed here and will stay again in the future. |

I asked for a room facing the water front and on a high floor and they delivered.. Room very clean and so centrally located to everything in the middle of Cork. Bed very comfortable and room spacious.The shower facilities were excellent. The restaurant menu was poor and prices were ridiculous dear. Staff a wee bit cold on checking out. |
