we are frequent travellers, Room, more like a 1 star, out of date, no doors on wardrobe, ironing board and iron will then be hidden in wardrobe, kettle and cups on shelf, fixed to wall, should be on a tray placed near mirror, not on the wall, damage to dressing table top in front of TV, odd piece fitted, should steam off the entire old strip, fit new. handle in bath lose, bath very shallow, 2 shelves in bathroom totally outdated

People were very helpful. it was a clean and comfortable room. I left my Kindle on a chair in the lobby and people have been very helpful in trying to locate it. I would like a clock in my room and a reading chair, but other than that it was a nice room.

Location great. Lobby looks nice The staff at check in sent us to three rooms with luggagae in tow and thrid try we finally had one with the number of beds we had reserved. The shower didn't work. The lights had an electrical issue which we wasted sightseeing time waiting to have fixed. They charge for internet and this was the only hotel that did that in the 5 hotels we stayed in in Ireland. Generally was disappointed. Last, because I booked under 3 different booking reservation numbers, for three consecutive night stays becasue our party size was changing, I had to turn in my key cards each day and get new ones. This seemed ridiculous.

The location is ideal for meeting with my customers and is a good location to their offices. Plus for the evening to venture out into Dublin City Centre you dont have to worry about getting taxi'S. Paying for Wi-Fi isnt that good, as you can walk less than 100yards down the road and get free Wi-Fi from a number of locations, and as a paying guest of the hotel this should be free.

Used to work there 16 years ago & we were having a reunion. They let us take over a sectioned off area of the bar which was nice. Public toilets needed some loo roll a couple of times but otherwise all fine

Good location very handy that the parking is with the hotel and staff were polite. Front of house staff should have a good level of English even if they are training staff, jury's is an irish hotle they are going to come across Irish surnames and been asked to repeat my surname five times is frustrating especially when been asked in broken English. The double beds are tiny and not overly comfortable.
