Staff friendly, location good. Room clean.
Room at back of hotel and the work men started organising bottles at 7am. Very disturbing noise. Dining room in the morning, a mess. no clean tables, had to clear table ourselves. only 3 staff cleaning dining area, 2 appeared as if they had no interest. Strolled around room. Saying that, breakfast ok, when we managed to get it, Staff in dining room need to be smarter and efficient.
Excellent location, very clean & nice spacious room.
Said to a member of staff at front desk I'd like to have breakfast there on Monday morning around 6.45am (doing the marathon). Was bluntly told breakfast was not until 7 even though I could see other guests in dining area. Strange. Had to go elsewhere to get my breakfast as time was tight due to marathon, which was an inconvenience.
Nice location .
Very nisey at night streets and hallways
Love the hotel location and the staff were great.
Didn't get much sleep as the radiator made so much noise - not good the night before the marathon.
The friedliness of the staff. Also the beautiful Executive Suite with its wonderful views and calming decor. The hotel was in a good position to reach all areas. Very good breakfast and Bar Meals.
Well located for all the tourist attractions. Nice view of Christchurch cathedral across the road. Well located for places to eat. Helpful staff. I can recommend this hotel.
Nothing significant to dislike. Our room initially smelt as if someone had been smoking in it.
Parking fees were outrageous. Would have stayed another night if it wasn't so expensive.
enjoyed our two nights in Dublin, excellent location. Walked to Temple Bar both nights and enjoyed the entertainment in the pubs
Staff and location
Very accommodating / flexible
centrally located to visit Dublin
very busy at check in so took some time
Staff were great. Nothing is ever a bother to them. I try to stay here each time I visit Dublin
location was good and the decor was kept up to date
the lift was very noisy and we where a good distance from it. There was no air conditioning, so we had to open the window and suffer the traffic noise from outside. The woman on reception made an issue of us paying with a different card than we booked with.
Central, friendly, and clean
Didn't feel the need to change towels every day as we were only there for short time.
Buffet breakfast. Free wifi. Good shower (temperature and water pressure). Convenient location. Helpful staff. Close to bus stop to airport (747). Comfortable beds. Could leave bags with reception for the day after we had checked out.
Room hot in the night. Not net curtain, only black-out curtain, and window overlooked. Terrible view of internal courtyard. Limited hot drink options in the room.
Very comfortable beds. Super convenient to all of the downtown fun, but far enough from the fray to be a quiet night's sleep for weary travelers. Staff were incredibly helpful with all of our questions!
Loved the food in the restaurant The bar Able to get fresh coffee first thing without buying full breakfast Stylish decor comfortable beds Lovely location
As a solo traveler I would have liked to have room service for my evening meal. There was no room service and I was told I could come down to the bar and order a meal then take it upstairs myself if I wanted. I found this attitude to be very unhelpful so you need to eat out or go to the chip shop around the corner.
room was ok once we were in it...food was nice at breakfast
bad service - rude staff and the church bells go off constantly so don't plan on sleeping in...
Good location and nice helpful staff
Can be dangerous part of town - car park area doesn't feel safe. Need a taxi to go into town after dark. Wifi messy to connect & slow! Expensive for basic experience
Great hotel great location Definitely go back
A great location! 10 minute walk away from all the tourist attractions and a minute walk from Christchurch cathedral! Rooms were clean and a lot of Space!
Quite noisy first thing in the morning, was unable to sleep in and rooms were quite got which made it difficult to sleep
Got ground floor which looked like a jail with the bars on window and looked out onto a tree and was very dull... Also told parking was 50% when staying in hotel yet cost 15 euro from 5pm until 12am next morning
Great Location, clean comfortable rooms.
Very thin walls, heard lots of noise at night.
Its a lovely hotel but the wi fi was a little hard to connect to and there was no remote for TV
