room was ok once we were in it...food was nice at breakfast
bad service - rude staff and the church bells go off constantly so don't plan on sleeping in...
Good location and nice helpful staff
Can be dangerous part of town - car park area doesn't feel safe. Need a taxi to go into town after dark. Wifi messy to connect & slow! Expensive for basic experience
Great hotel great location Definitely go back
A great location! 10 minute walk away from all the tourist attractions and a minute walk from Christchurch cathedral! Rooms were clean and a lot of Space!
Quite noisy first thing in the morning, was unable to sleep in and rooms were quite got which made it difficult to sleep
Got ground floor which looked like a jail with the bars on window and looked out onto a tree and was very dull... Also told parking was 50% when staying in hotel yet cost 15 euro from 5pm until 12am next morning
Great Location, clean comfortable rooms.
Very thin walls, heard lots of noise at night.
Its a lovely hotel but the wi fi was a little hard to connect to and there was no remote for TV
Service and manner of staff
Everything! Would definitely stay here again. V helpful staff, all lovely.
rooms are ok and bar area is good - breakfast was nice
staff didn't have my booking - i booked 7 people and 3 rooms - they eventually found the and it took 45 mins to check in one room. the bells in the church go off constantly so no sleeping with a hangover
Nice location ..comfortable rooms ..vouchers given for complimentary drinks and 10per cent off food ..nice touch ..
Bar was very slow ..food ok
This hotel is very comfortable with nice food available. It is in walking distance of a lot of sites and places of entertainment.
A room in the front is noisy for a light sleeper like me. Taxi doors and the Cathedral clock seem to be going on all night.
noise in room from radiator.
Being asked to pay on arrival
It was in the middle of everything. Close to all the hot tourist spots. Walking distance to anything you need.
It was a good hotel.
the location is good, very handy for city centre.
the bells at the church over the road, they seem to go on and on.
The staff here are amazing. Couldn't do enough for me, and made me feel so welcome.
The heating system was having some difficulties but it'll be fixed.
We walked everywhere. For our first non tour trip to Ireland this was great!
We oicked a room for the"view" and it was waaaaaay to noisy.
Friendly staff, good position. New windows cut out traffic noise.
Great location. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and great to have in house costa Would definitely stay here again
Location, Breakfast and Room.
The Hot Water Heater broke down on our last evening. Had to take a Cold Shave. Left without taking a Shower.
No hot water !!!
Reception don't respect you
Great location, relatively clean and modern. Reception staff was polite.
Windows were restricted to barely open, room faced the balconies of an apartment building forcing us to keep curtains drawn for privacy. All this added up to a very hot room. Elevator card reader was malfunctioning for entire stay, staff was made aware by several guests, it was never repaired, making getting to the room a matter of waiting for someone to come down on the elevator.
Reception was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Quiet room.
