Excellent location,good value for money.
-Great location -Friendly staff -Had a very comfortable stay
-Like all of Dublin, quite expensive
NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT WITH GREAT SERVICE. WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO FRIENDS. THE STEAK IN THE RESTAURANT WAS DELICIOUS AND THE BREAKFAST WAS OFF A HIGH STANDARD.
It was a very nice room and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Some slight 'crumbs' on the carpet and bird droppings on the windows marginally detracted from otherwise excellent facilities
location of hotel, staff very helpful, easy parking. Nice room, very quiet.
trying to sell upgrade package when I checked-in.
Everything was quit good
No AC in the room . Breakfast not included . Expensive. The church is next door so the bills wear loud .
excellent location with a wonderful view over Christchurch
Location, cleanliness, restaurant, and all the staff except for the front desk - once you get past the front desk, it's a marvelous place to stay - I'm a repeat customer.
Front desk staff at check-in were not very welcoming or friendly. Front desk person at check-out was condescending and rude.
Excellent location. Comfortable stay. Walking distance to Dublin sights and nightlife. Parking garage opens into the lobby of the hotel -- very convenient.
The hotel is very central. Nice rooms but small. Practical for trip to city but I would consider it expensive in any other setting. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Would stay again.
Breakfast was self service which was fine but it was placed in a very small area. It was busy and uncomfortable trying to get food. No trays available that I could see. You had to make a few trips to get what you wanted. Tables too close together.
Friendly, informative, helpful staff (a lovely girl called Argy in particular appeared to be not only hardworking but also warm, welcoming and efficient).Location- perfect.Restaurant provided good selection of quality dishes/wine.
Had problems with hotel key cards. For breakfast, though not really a problem, we would have liked to have seen some Mediterranean type food on offer (olives, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers.. ).
Location, room, breakfast (very good),no noise
Siée of the bathroom
Great room and view. Great breakfast
Good location. Friendly staff.
Road noise even though I was told I was given a quiet room. The premises could do with a revamp. Lack of minibar ot small fridge in room. Expensive given the weariness of the property.
very helpful and friendly staff, made you feel welcome soon as you walk in the hotel. stayed in the executive suite which was lovely can't wait to go back :-)
Very pricey.. And no breakfast included..
good central location within easy walking distance to most sites
No air conditioning.
had requested view of christchurch, not only did i get it but got upgraded room also. good grub in bar. excellent location for sightseeing. walking distance to Dublin Castle Guinness store house, comedy club, temple bar area, O' Connell street, etc. definetly will be back. lovely staff always willing to help.
the parking was very good and breakfast was lovely
The bed was like a concrete block, found it very hard to sleep and had a back ache the following day.
The staff tried to be helpful
Our room looked out on what appeared to be delivery/garbage area. It was unsightly and noisy. The hotel is not air conditioned and the temperature in the room was stifling. We made do with a small fan. The main bar was poorly stocked. Could not even get a proper gin and tonic. No fridge in the room, no where to keep anything cold. Didn't like the shampoo/soap set up in the bathroom. No conditioner. Contintental breakfast pretty lame.
bathroom very small (but sufficient)
Cleanliness Helpful staff Beautiful church across the street
Too close to church bells, which rang on the hour
Almost all staff were fabulous however a couple lacked the friendliness!
It was a little warm without airconditioning
Location was convenient.
Room was smaller and noisy. Not so much the bells from Christchurch but the traffic outside and adjoining rooms. Not sound proof at all.
