Hotel mesmo no centro da cidade, o que é optimo para passear a pé. Reservei 2 quartos um para os adultos e outro para os miudos (16 e12),e os funcionarios sem eu pedir nada fizeram questão em arranjar quartos com interligação, o que foi optimo.

Localização e a atenção do pessoal para a resolução dos problemas que surgiram na primeira noite, tais como o barulho do sistema de aquecimento e o não funcionamento da descarga de água da sanita do quarto de banho. Resolveram mudando-nos de quarto.

Friendly staff and helpful when there were problems of any kind e.g. card key stopped working

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was welcoming, and had everything we needed.

Improved double glazing at the front of the hotel would help, as even with the windows shut you could hear the cathedral clock during the night.

Good hotel with good location. Can recommend to everybody who wants to explore Duvblin in 2 days and dont want to waste time for going back and forth to suburbia. NIce clean rooms, friendly staff.

Breakfast must be included to room price, ridiculous to charge it separately.

Convenient to centre of Dublin, easy access to car park, in centre of Dublin yet easy to find from M50, nice spacious rooms, quiet if you ask for back of hotel, friendly check in staff. Stayed here on many occassions and would highly recommend to other travellers as a great place to stay at an affordable rate.

The location was good for our stay, due to what we should do in Dublin.

In our room there was very low pressure on water in the shower.

only one chair in room, water pressure very poor, pretty basic really. Getting car into carpark after midnight problematic, doorman on sunday night not very helpful, have stayed here on previous occasions but find standards falling.
