Jurys Inn Parnell Street

Està céntric, molt prop de la zona comercial i de bars, a la vegada que amb fàcil accés a l'aeroport amb els busos 747 i 748. L'habitació tenia un llit de matrimoni, un sofà-llit i una individual (massa per una persona sola), va ser tranquil·la ja que donava al pati interior de l'edifici, i hi havia secador de cabell i tetera, que em va anar molt bé. L'esmorç continental va estar força bé per 6'50€, quasi et serveix per dinar (hi havien mongetes, saltxixes, ous ferrats, beicon... a part dels típics cereals, pastes, sucs...).

No t'atenen en castellà (ja no dic català); trobo que amb tan turisme espanyol com hi ha, sent la capital i un hotel tan céntric, haurien de donar aquest servei. Potser hagués hagut de fer un full de suggeriments. A part d'aixó, em va sobtar que no hagués raspall de dents ni pinta al set de bany. Els vidres estaven bastant bruts, però suposo que plovent tant, no duren gens nets.

The Reception personnel were absolutely excellent, I think the lady's name was Niamh. Nothing was too much problem and all were excellent.

The security was excellent, a very good card system to combat theft from hotel rooms. the staff were very polite and welcoming, they were also very helpful with finding me somewere to park my car which was the only major thing wrong with our stay.

Yes as above the parking was a particular problem, if you have never been to this hotel before it's a nightmare finding a parking place and that's just to book in!. Once you have managed to navigate the one way circut and the manic traffic you then have to drag your bags half a mile from the car park to the hotel, not very nice when it's raining hard. this is the hotels biggest down fall by far. I would recomend that the parking arrangements be much more detailed on line at the booking phase so as to give people advance warning of what they are letting themselves in for. I was not impressed.

Jury's Inn is very central which meant more shopping and socialising!

Was very uncomfortably to use even for the stairs my room key! Like a prison!

Delay in check-in. One room out of 4 not ready until after 2.30.

Easy to find, staff all friendly & helpful, food really nice however the drinks are pricey.

the service and the food at the hotel were of an excellent standard. we had meals in the resturant and the bar and found them to be reasonably priced and good food. the hotel was very clean.

just to be told how to operate the lift when you check in several guests confused/unsure when first arrive.

security good - only able to use lift with use of bedroom key

bathroom shabby, grouting dirty, body wash and shampoo were impossible to get a lather with.

The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome as a guest.

Everything I needed was available. The room was quiet even though it was close to the lift lobby.

There was a persistent humming noise from the bathroom. The bathrrom could have been cleaner and better maintained (tile grouting a little dirty).
