10 mins walk to Temple Bar, very close to the tour bus route. So very good location and excellent value for money. Rooms are fairly basic, but are clean and have everything you need. |

Central location, good value for a family room. Parking is a bit of an issue with no hotel parking, but there is a reduced overnight rate of €11 in a car park nearby. |

The breakfast buffet was very good value for money. The rooms are kept clean and tidy and they were good at ensuring there was plenty of coffee in the room. Great location and it was quiet. |

the hotel was right in the middle of the city, so the location was ideal. the hotel was cold because the air con didn't work, we overlooked a road sweeping company that started early so it was noisey and also we overlooked the worst view in the city. when we got there the hotel couldn't find our booking, then they advised us that we hadn't paid for the hotel dispite the fact that our hotel was an advanced booking. |

Quiet hotel, no noisy neighbours!! On the 5th floor at the back of the hotel, felt like a bit of a journey wandering through halls trying to get to room. |

The staff were friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned on any of the days we stayed until it was mentioned to a member of staff - there were 3 of us and the room was only equipped for two of us even after mentioning it several times. The duty manager did compensate us by providing us with complimentary breakfasts and allowing us to have a late check out - I would hope that the staff will learn from this experience as I might think twice about booking another Jurys Inn. |

The keen attention from staff especially at reception Felt that the rooms could do with an upgrade as were a bit jaded due to paint coming off on wooden surfaces in bathroom and furniture in general being rather used looking. Also cleaning of sinks etc could have been more thorough as well as public toilets |

Room was a decent size and very clean. We complained about noisy guests next door, security were called but after a while noise continued until about 7 am. The receptionist was apologetic and offered a free breakfast to compensate, customer service at its best. |

The hotel was placed well close to O'Connell Street Firstly the car par used by the hotel was quite a distance away.The staff did not inform us of the times for breakfast and hence when we phoned reception the next morning we had missed breakfast, nor did they tell us the checkout time. We had booked a family room and were most disappointed to see the small sofa bed for the 2 children aged 14 and 12 who had to sleep in cramped conditions. |
