Due to overbooking we were moved to another Jurys Inn Hotel. There was some confusion about the location and waste of time waiting for the taxis. This was quite frustrating. However, the staff made up for that inconvenience by agreeing to give us breakfast free of charge for the two remaining day, which was very much appreciated. . |

All was good. It is not located near local resturants, however has one in the hotel. It was clean and the staff was efficient and pleasant. |

Myself and two friends stayed overnight for a concert. Location of hotel very suitable and convenient to venue (Croke Park) and shopping. Hotel itself was clean, food OK and staff pleasant and helpful. During our very brief stay, everything was adequate. |

yes when I booked in I ordered a jug of milk to be sent up to my room three phone calls later the receptionist had to personally deliver itand only then was i able to relax. That for me was a bit of a bad service problem as when one cheks into a hotel on a warm day you want to be able to relax when you reach your room, not have to wait nearly 40 minutes to get something like a jug of milk |

I thought the room was very spacious, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast buffet was very good that we could not get into the room until 14.00 |

There was a mix up in the rooms we booked and I found the staff quite rude and unhelpful. The staff in the bar were also rude. |

Staff and service at the hotel were excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Food in the hotel bar was of a very hight standard. A fantastic hotel right in the middle of Dublin City. |

It was very central and easy to find and perfect for a weekend break in Dublin . I would definitely stay there again if I was going to Croke Park. My only 2 slight complaints is the cost of the room €200.00 for bed only for 3 people sharing and the car park was a bit of a walk from the Hotel |

Yes. Our booking was transferred to Jury's Inn Quay St and we were fed a load of blarney about overbooking. Clearly there was a wedding and we were "jumped". An email of advice, some better communication, and a "sweetener" would have made this more acceptable at 10:30pm. |

The location was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bar food was not good and the service was slow. The reception was very busy and subsequently it was quite a wait for attention both by phone from the room and in person. |
