Location and good price
Breakfast too expensive
Good location and surprisingly quiet once you are inside; pleasant staff, a good breakfast, and a wonderful view.
Quiet room. Smooth check in. Updated furniture and fittings.
Poor lighting in room, but that is a common problem in hotels.
-Large open reception -Friendly staff -Large rooms -Quiet at night -Nice bar/cafe -Secure access to rooms via room card operated lifts and security doors -Efficient check-in and check-out -Easy transport access (Taxis, Luas, Bus) -Only 15-20 minutes in taxi to Dublin airport -Close to bars and restaurants -10 minute stroll to Grafton Street & Stephen's Green
Liked the position of hotel - close to shops and eating facilities and transport - would stay again and recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Dublin
For a girley weekend away me and two friends booked at the Jury's inn on Parnell street. The location was absolutely brilliant, on the same street as a tesco, mc Donald's and shopping centre. The hotel was lovely and so much nicer than we had anticipated! The service of the staff, cleanliness and wifi services were fantastic! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dublin!! Thanks for a wild but wonderful weekend! Lauren Rosie and Gemma Xxx
I liked that the staff let me bring breakfast up to my sick partner.thats all won't be staying there again as hotel room had insufficient towels and tea/coffee and milk
room was as seen in pictures.
food was poor in hotel.
Right around the corner from O'Connell Street, we could walk to everything.Banks, good pubs, restaurants souvenir shops tourist offices, public transportation. the hotel served great breakfasts. We were very satisfied, and the price was great.
Needing a key card for the elevator. no facecloths even by special request.
the bed was nice soft and the pillows as well. location was perfect (city center).
the cleanness was bad, bathroom ceiling had fungus the lobby corners had loads of dust, the windows outside were fatty (not clean). Price quality wise too expensive.
The room was excellent. Plenty of space. Very clean.
The background music inn the bar area was too loud. With the low ceiling there guest chatter was high. our room fronted on Parnell St. And the traffic noise was noticeable.
The Hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were all very helpful, pleasant and friendly
Nothing not to like
Friendliness of staff
No car park on site, had to load and unload luggage in taxi rank outside hotel, then take car to private car park, charged 10 euros daily, had to find trolley to transport luggage, no help from porter who seemed upset that I had used it.
Waked up very early one morning caused by a false firealarm
Room clean & quiet
it took 20 minutes to check in - confusion regarding booking. I informed receptionist that we would decide about breakfast in the morning but our account was settled then. We had another delay in the morning while dining room staff had to again take payment. as we used company credit card, why was an authorisaton not made and the entire bill settle at check-out?
I enjoyed staying in the hotel for a few nights. A good hotel which is round the corner from O'Connell street and ideal for all the sightseeing trips. The hotel was pleasant and the staff very nice. A good bar menu and our room was a good size, well equipped.
We didn't like the parking situation. Q park was okay but I felt that it was very expensive and although discounted by Jurys, €10 a night is costly. We lost sleep the first night as there was a party going on next door. However, reception were very apologetic and added complimentary breakfast for us.
Our hotel was in such a great location a very short walk to the main drag. We were able to catch the Hop-On Hop-Off bus just around the corner. Will come back again.
The location of the hotel was perfect, few minutes walk to O'connell street. The staff was nice.
Missing toileteries, like toothbrush and shower cap, etc..
Not too far from temple bar and other attractions
There was construction happening in an adjoining building and it went on until well after midnight. I called reception to be told there was nothing they could do. Having travelled at length that first day it made for a very poor sleep. The noise of garbage trucks started up outside the window started up very early the following morning. Not great staythis time around.
Location in city center near bridges and the liffey
The beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows felt like huge bags of socks.
Friendliness, city, shopping, ease of getting around as well as proximity to airport.
Nothing major but the littering was distinctly noticeable.
Excellent location. Near of the city center and the shopping area
Helpful staff, free Wifi, spotlessly clean, large comfortable rooms. Ideally located in the heart of Dublin for walking, transport, shops, tourism etc.
Nothing not too like
Clean comfortable hotel, good breakfast buffet. Perfect location for walking Dublin.
