オコンネルストリートに近く、またすぐ近くに軽食などを買える店などもあり便利でした。建物全体も部屋も大変清潔で快適でした。 シャワーの位置が固定されていて、とても高い位置にあったので、子どもに使うにはちょっと使いにくかった。 |

well situated in city centre. Very clean and good value for money.Easy access to all main attractions in Dublin. Waited some time for an iron. |

city location. reasonably priced uncomfortable beds. Had dinner one night food not good. Would be better with onsite parking or an arrangement with nearby car park as this added quite a lot to cost of trip |

The Hotel was very clean and modern with good bar and breakfast facilities, nothing tacky about it! Reception staff were friendly, but sooo slow to check you in and out, 10 minutes each time nearly!!! seemed to be pushing buttons forever, and there was only 2 of us staying for one night. My friends had the same experience. |

The hotel staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were excellent although I would have liked been in a room not overlooking the street cleaning depot. Thanking you for a pleasant stay |

Rooms were spacious and comfortable, hotel is very central and a great base for sight-seeing, cinema, shows and shopping in Dublin. Unfortunately we did not get adjoining rooms even though this was requested on booking and as a result my wife and I had to stay in separate rooms with children in each of the rooms with us. One of the rooms was at the front of the hotel and it was extremely noisy on the Fri and Saturday night - it was like sleeping out on the street - sound prof windows are needed at the front of the hotel! |

very city central, easy to get in. All good, I'm satisfied 100%. Yes, there was one thing I really didn't like, we arrived on friday evening at 9.00pm, and there was no hot water for a shower. I was really upset, then, on saturday morning same thing, slightly hot... and then, saturday evening was better, but still not that hot. So, that thing of the shower was the bad point of our stay. |

Good location with a proper hearty breakfast. Shower was a bit weak and the curtain is old fashioned. A glass door would be better. |

I can't say there was anything encouraging, perhaps when the Assistant Manager offered to look after my computer in her office. The hotel was filthy, especially the carpets, from dust to spots and stains common parts as well as the bedroom. |

Closeness to city centre When checking out Lady at reception when asked a question about paying for parking facilities said she knew nothing and that hotel had no arrangement with parking company and was very unhelpfull. At checkin other Lady said there was an arrangement. |

Convenience and availability of safe and bag storage facilities before and after checking in. We found the staff both pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we found mould on the bread and apricot jam at breakfast which was a shame as we thought the breakfast staff were very effecient. |
