Doskonałe położenie w mieście Fałszywy alarm przeciwpożarowy o 4.30 rano i brak jednoznacznej, rzetelnej informacji o jego odwołaniu |

The Hotel location was excellent for sightseeing...staff was friendly & helpful and room was clean. Bar & Restaurant service was fine. Room was in need of up-dating a bit (Travel-lodge) We received a very competitive rate but would have been unhappy if we had paid the full room rate. |

Great location, close to O'Connell St. and easy walking distance to shops theatres etc. Service in restaurant was slow (even when not busy)and was served wrong meal.Toilet sounded like a fog horn when flushed, informed room cleaner but was not repaired on our two day stay. informed reception when checking out and she apologised and thanked me for informing her and said she would get maintenance to look into. All in all would stay here again. |

It was very central to all the facilities we were using. It was clean and very good value. Hairdryer in room not working properly, although we did ask for another, it was not working either. |

the room was comfortable, the best one we'v ever stayed in, as it was so quiet the view, we looked on to some apartments so there was no privacy and had to keep the curtains closed |

The location is convenient and the food in the restaurant is lovely.A great view from room 324 My father is at present inThe Mater Hospital and I had oocasion to stay in you hotel on October 20th.The television in my room did not operate and I had to wait over an hour before the problem was solved. This involved four phone calls to reception where I had to wait for an emplyee to arrive at my door.In total three remote controls were tested and still I had to be moved to room 328.In the midst of this hassle I had to collect my dinner at the restaurant, which was lukewarm by the time I eventually dined around 10.15.I do think a higher standard of English proficiency is required when dealing in the hospitality service. Also the rail in the bath of room 328 is loose and in danger of coming off the wall.It was a stressful experience |

The room was pretty big for the two of us, it was clean and the bathroom was good. The position of the hotel is very useful because is around the corner in the north end of O'Connell street which is the centre of Dublin: you can reach most of the city by feet, if weather is good even if in O'Connell street you can find pretty much any bus you need. It's also very close to supermarkets so you can find anything you need and even if you want to eat something without breaking a bank you can do it, Dublin is pretty pricy, even in food. Our room was in the corner of the building with windows all over the place so there was a very good view and it was very exposed to light but, let me say...pretty cold: we had some problems with the heating because, even with air conditioning, we couldn't control it most of the time, especially during the night and in the early morning when the temperature was pretty low. Beside of that it was really good. |

the room was nice and clean the car park is a pain, having to walk over to it, its quite dangerous if you were on your own. i know its prob not possible but there should be a car park beside the hotel. i did like the staff but when i was checking in the girlk took ages, and she also answered the phone as she was on her own, if there was a que it would have been bad answering the phones. |

Liked dining room, danish pastries for breakfast, also the soda bread. The lift was convenient. It was great to be able to leave cases in hotel on final day of stay in left luggage. The view from room and the noise (rubbish tip). Expected room to be a little bit more luxurious. |
