We stayed in a family room and there was a terrible draft coming in the window and you could hear the workmen outside quite plainly as if they were in the room. |

Great facilities. I made three bookings and canceled two and when i arrived at the hotel they told me my reservation number was invalid. They gave me another room and the hotel later rang at 11pm while i was in bed to ask me was i arriving. |

The hotel is great, the location is fantastic, the food was good and the rooms were spacious. Our room overlooked the trash compactor for the street cleaners. I didn't expect much of a view from a city hotel, but the noise at night was not good. I believe the rooms on the other sides of the hotel were great. |

We liked being close to the city it was very convenient - it was a nice clean modern hotel and the staff and service was brilliant - we would definately stay there again. The only complaint was we were facing the street so could hear the noise from outside so next time i would ask for a room at the back plus we were next to the staff office so i could hear doors opening and closing all the time from them having to go in and out of the room. |

Location of the hotel was perfect for our visit. The allowance of up to three people per room also reduces cost. The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. Overall, a great choice. |
