Decent location, 10 mins walk into town. Quite clean and owners approachable.
Stayed in the self catering one bed apartment, no forks, spoons or cups in the kitchen. Had to ask for TV to be made available.
Have stayed now a few times an the owners are so helpful an friendly an the tearooms are brill
Flowers outside, Breakfast ok
No tea / coffe took ages to find someone to ask then gave us tea not coffee and dissapeared, milk was 6mnths out of date. 1 window latch broken so could not open....onto brick wall. Left to make spare bed. Really felt they did not really care. House looks unfinished, holes in walls etc
Pleasent owners. She very kindly ironed my shirt for me ! Nice breakfast. This is a nice place for a leisure stay
No one available on arrival had ro wait 40 minutes for someone to turn up. No Wifi in room. Probably my fault for booking a guest house for a business trip but in my opinion its not suited to my needs.
Freindly A great place to stay Will go back easy to get to.
Liked location, clean and friendly staff.
When we showed up, nobody was there to let us in
excellent place to stay very near Dundalk! everything was spotless with cleanliness and all the small details were there. This B&B would make an excellent location to explore the area.
The staff was accommodating and friendly. We stayed two nights in different rooms and both were well appointed, tastefully decorated & welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also great.
very friendly, lovely people, woulld defo stay again.
Room was perfectly comfortable for our family and breakfast was very good.
Didn't figure out the shower the first day, nozzle needed to hang for water to flow first. Light bulb out over toilet, not enough light in ensuite.
The hosts were wonderful and the food at the associated Coachman's Teahouses was exceptional!
Likes nothing about this place. I made a booking on Booking.com and when I arrived the place was closed, no phone number, and when I called the house number no one answered so was left stranded

Friendly welcome and good guidance on surrounding area. Delicious breakfast the following morning. Very good value for our money and would definitely revisit.
No negative comments to make as everything was more than satisfactory.
Location and area.and the house and parking.
Beds remained unmade ,teacups remained unwashed, power shower and shower drainage requiring urgent maintenance, breakfast below average.bedroom cupboard draws require repairs. Whilst the proprieters are friendly they appear to be neglecting the b&b and putting all their energy into the nearby tea rooms that they have recently opened.
The couple are really friendly and went the extra mile to help us out
neil ..one of the proprietors dropped me into the town of blackrock about a kilometer away in his car ....very nice of him ! a very late breakfast from a fuller menu is available in a separate establishment about 5 minutes walk away....a great facility for sleepy heads !
nothing to dislike in any way at all..a great find for base in dundalk/drogheda/blackrock areas
- The checkin is until quite late compared to other B&Bs. - The breakfast was good. - It's located in a fairly quiet place, even though it's very close to the main road.
- Even though we had the address and a GPS, it took some time before finding the place. Blindly follow the Booking.com map and you get there without problems. - The room wasn't very spacious; thanks to the extra bed, we could barely put down our luggage without tripping over it afterwards. - Finding power outlets was surprisingly challenging. - The shower made an hellish noise which could be used to wake up the dead. Or half the B&B. - The bed was pretty creaky too, and no, you didn't need to try very hard.
