Good breakfast

Rooms very run down, room facing main road noisy, shower interminting for hot water, and staff disinterested in customers

The oldie worldly feel about it. Staff always smiling and friendly.

The noise from the street, very busy with through traffic, couldnt open window far too noisy.

Great service, The staff picked up on our needs and met them to a high standard.

the staff were very nice, and the food was just lovely.

the bathroom was very unsafe due to a glass door on the shower and no bath mat. for a disabled person like my friend it was down right dangerous getting in and out of the bath to take a shower. we asked for a change of room and was told they had nothing for a disabled person. we were there 3 nights, and expected a little sympathy.

The morning breakfast was really good, the staff friendly and helpfull. When, i did have an issue with the shower they offerred me a replacement room immediately and tried to fix the problem straightaway. i also gave me a large discount on the room price because of the problem which I very much appreciated

The rooms were a little bit tired and possibly need a bit of refurbishment. My shower did not work properly and only gave out luke warm water, however, when i mentioned this to staff they realy tried to help and offerred me anotehr straight away and were very apologetic. ehy tried

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions so I am well used to the high standards which is maintained all year round. The special deals offered are second to none. I would recommend this hotel to any prospective traveller. I am looking forward to my next stay at this fantastic hotel.

Friendly staff, excellent food and great service

not a lot can be said about the hotel.

the room we stayed in was not what was shown on the internet and was the most basic and dull dark room we have stayed in and we were disgusted at the room as there was cobwebs a good few, a big crack in the sink, and the towels were very frayed at the ends [not what you expect to see in a hotel.]

The bedroom we were given was Hugh,its a very comfortable hotel,clean and with very helpful staff.The location suited us as we were going to a match in Letterkenny the next day.I had one other hotel on my shortlist but chose this hotel as a query I had was answered within 15 Min's when I e-mailed,I will definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back

The only negative comment I found with the hotel was the bar food which was mainly just soup and a sandwich , there is a restaurant in the hotel but we would have preferred the choice of eating in the bar
