The staff were excellent. The downstairs of the Hotel was nice but the bedrooms and corridors leading to the bedrooms really need to be updated. The rooms were clean but the matresses seemed very hard, ie need replaced. Dining rooms nice, and food was excellent. |

The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly. Good hotel location. The reception staff were very friendly upon arrival, but after that it became less and less. As a former hotel employee I find it very important that staff says hello at all times and not just when you come to the desk for a question. On my day of departure nobody asked if I had a pleasant stay or wished me a good trip. I consider this as a lack of interest and being rude. |

I liked the fact that all the staff I met were from Donegal, from the cleaners to the front desk staff - nice change. |

Access of other areas, highly recommend going to dunlewy great day for all the family It is in need of redecoration, old lumpy beds and badly patched together wallpaper, but lovely hotel |
