Very friendly and nice staff.

Hotel easy to find as it was my first visit to town , has private car park with access to hotel from car park.Hotel old style, very comfortable ,clean and decor was in keeping with style of hotel, food was good .Breakfast was self service ,good selection and healty options,available from 7.30am .Had early bird dinner and found good selection on menu. Happy with my 2 nights.

I found the Leisure centre could do with over all, especially the ladies changing rooms.Also the steam room very cramped and seating not up to standard.

the room we stayed in was not what was shown on the internet and was the most basic and dull dark room we have stayed in and we were disgusted at the room as there was cobwebs a good few, a big crack in the sink, and the towels were very frayed at the ends [not what you expect to see in a hotel.]

The bedroom we were given was Hugh,its a very comfortable hotel,clean and with very helpful staff.The location suited us as we were going to a match in Letterkenny the next day.I had one other hotel on my shortlist but chose this hotel as a query I had was answered within 15 Min's when I e-mailed,I will definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back

The only negative comment I found with the hotel was the bar food which was mainly just soup and a sandwich , there is a restaurant in the hotel but we would have preferred the choice of eating in the bar

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good dining experience. Excellent chioce of breakfast. Spacious family room 305 but 2nd family room booked notably smaller304.

Believe it or not for December the temperature in the rooms and breakfast dining area was far too hot. Had to ask recpetion to turn heating down for the children diring the night which they accommodated with immediate action and provided cold drinks in the rooms for our children which was lovely. The swimming pool was meant to open at 7.30am but we had to remind reception that at 8am that this had not happened the pool was then opened by staff asap. This wouldn't normally be an issue but we had promised the children they could have a dip before breakfast. So all was dealt with promptly and efficiently really we had no residual problems and would highly recommend.

My stay at Kees Hotel was very good. Food was excellent and hotel was very warm and comfortable.

Quality of the food and friendliness of the staff.

Matress in room needs to be replaced or at least turned. I mentioned this on leaving and was assured that it would be dealt with by housekeeoing. Using the bath in the morning was fun as we had to struggle to turn the hot tap off as it seemed to be rounded. The price we paid, thanks to Booking.com, meant that these niggles didn't upset us as the room decor, food and staff at Kees more than made up for these downfalls of the hotel.

Friendly staff, had swimming pool, location in town

Its location in the northern part of the Republic of Ireland yet near to Northern Ireland. The facilities were very good and wide ranging because of the leisure centre. The food was good and the staff were friendly and courteous. The price was excellent for the facilities on offer. Plenty of parking spaces.

The room facing the front of the hotel was noisy during the night because of the hotel's position on a main road through the town.
