Warm Atmosphere Warm hotel, excellent value for money, great breakfast and service, polite staff The shower! the water didnt run doen the drain properly which left a huge puddle on the floor. |

the staff were really friendly and helpful thr hotel was a good all rounder if I had any negative at all it would be the pillows are hard and uncomfortable but this is being really picky the hotel was very good and a real value for money excellent. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate and very well presented. Breakfast was served in the bar - it was a very dull day and the room was dark and uninviting. Breakfast was very good. |

Friendly attentive enthusiastic staff, good breakfast. We were offered a choice of room at the front or back. We chose the front eventhough we were told it might be noisy with the window open. It was fine. We appreciated the honesty. |

The location suited our needs. Every thing of the highest standered. Staff very pleasant ant helpful .Food exellcent . I would have pereffed a top sheet in use with the quilt but this is a personal thing with me also a bottle of water in the room for drinking. |

The receptionist (short blonde hair)was very nice and helpful considering she was also working in the bar. The kettle didnt work in our room but that wasnt a big deal! The phone is too far away from the bed also (room 100) |
