Accommodation standard, leisure centre & spa, location, proximity to town centre Utility charges, requirement to complete checklists, early checkout - attributes that are not tourist friendly - petty items that could easily be rectified by the hotel |

Large units, well fitted out and quiet. Nice swimming pool (although be sure to bring adult swimming costumes as kids can't swim with out a parent in the pool. Great little town - leaves Killarney for dead! |

New and excellent place to stay. Facilities and quality are as good as the brochure/web site suggests. Good value. Hope they are maintained to the level they are at now. Would definately stay there again. |

The family apartment was very nicely laid out, nicely decorated and very clean. I had to spend over 30 minutes inventorying all of the items in the apartment prior to checkout--this should not be necessary. |

Comfort and privacy of lodges but you have full use of hotel facilities swimming pool health club windows in bedrooms of lodges only open at low level-potentially dangerous for young children-we had a close call with our 2 yr old design should have been thought about a little more with children in mind-ventilation in bedrooms and bathrooms can be restricted for families with small children- it would not put us off staying at the lodges again but warnings should be given to parents . |

The lodge we stayed in was only recently completed and is of a very high standard. I hope that the hotel invests in regular maintenance to ensure they remain so. |

Lodges were very modern and clean and it was an ideal location to see Kenmare and the surrounding area. Only one quibble and that was when we were informed that the electricity was separate (understandable) but we were not giving any readings and so was a little surprised to be hit with an electricity bill for €30 when we we did not spend that much time in the lodge over the weekend. |

The lodge was very pretty, but it certainly had not been properly inspected before we used it. The staff was helpful and responded very well. They also gave us a nice complimentary breakfast and a discount on our bill so the leaks and missing bathroom issues didn't seem so bad. The place is brand new, very beautiful and once the "newness" is worked out, it will be lovely. We had a severe bathroom leak at 11:00 at night. Also, we were unable to use two of the three bathrooms in the lodge. Sewage water came into the bathtub and shower when the toilet was flushed. Also, the panel on the dishwasher came right off in my hands and I was unable to put it back properly. The lodge was new and quite beautiful, but it had issues. I'm sure they will work out the "newness" |
