I thought the staff were excellent - even though it was off season - everybody was extremely friendly and accommodating from the receptionist to the manager and the Bedroom staff. We will definitely go back there and the children loved it - as the pool was child friendly and there was an area with board games etc at the main reception area - could not fault it on any count. |

Hotel staff at reception were not unfriendly but could be a bit more enthusiastic about your arrival!! Stayed in a 2 bedroom lodge which was almost perfect with large ensuite bathrooms to each bedroom, nice open plan living area, gardens front and back. Minor issue with the cleanliness, they obiously forgot to hoover one area of the living room. Apart from that no complaints on the accommodation. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment, no point eating there when there is a fantastic restaurant in town (Mulcahy's). We did avail of a massage treatment in the leisure centre on the Sunday, could not recommend the masseuse highly enough, worked out all the stress!! |

the Hotel wasnt as luxurious as I expected I had to ask to be changed to another room as the room wasnt great i had taken my daughter there to celebrate her birthday and I had hoped for better The reception staff were very nice and there was no problem changing. there seemed to be a lack of staff it was difficult to get lunch they only served soup and sandwiches and as it rained all day it was too wet to go out for lunch which i would have done. as it was midterm it was full of famalies and I didnt think they well well catered for they could have done more to keep the business in the hotel. |

Lovely place to stay. We were upgraded to the superior room which we all enjoyed. Great location and easy walk to town. Lovely setting and views from restaurant. |

I enjoyed the clean room and it's peaceful location. It was a great break away from Bed and Breakfasts while touring Ireland. |

We stayed in one of the holiday lodges, which had excellent facilities, spacious and extremely comfortable Breakfast service in the main hotel was the only downside - there was a definite service issue compared to the rest of the hotel service |

Very nice. However we booked on line, and the desk at reception had no record of that booking although I had a confirmation by Email and the dockets to prove same! Cleanliness of ensuite, room 505. Take a look at the wall on the right as you enter it. Toilet seat, far from clean, lift it up and look! Sorry to have to report this! |

Very conveniently located in Kenmare, a 3 minute walk on an off-road path to some very good restaurants. The pool in the hotel is very nice, quite spacious and well-kept. Breakfast was self-service but pretty good. Really it was good value for money at the reduced rate we got. The hotel seems to do a lot of business with bus tours and weddings. Our room was adequate but iit was in the oldest part of the building; it could use refurbishment and a new matress. |

The hotel was comfortable and nicely furnished. I had read about doors banging but we found it nice and peaceful. Unfortunately there was a strong smell of urine from the bathroom but i could'nt see where it was coming from. |

I knew when I stepped into the lobby that I was going to like the hotel. It was very modern clean and airy with a friendly smile to greet me on arrival.I had booked a superior room and I was very happy with this. It was very much a 4 star bedroom with individual shower and bath and very good plasma screen. I did check the standard rooms over the weekend but whilst not as good as the superior they were fine but a little older but again very clean as was the whole hotel. The leisure centre was excellent. Each threadmill had an indivual tv monitor which Ireally enjoy and the pool was perfect length for laps. We only had breakfast in the hotel as we ate out but that was a very good buffet which catered for all tastes. All done a v.good experience I wish somebody had told me at the reception how close a walk it is to town through the little trail/path from the hotel. I only discovered it on wandering around the resort. |

The village of Kenmare is beautiful, enjoyable to visit and the location of the hotel is good. The food was not good - over cooked (almost burnt), the waiting staff in the restaurant were not very good (with one notable exception) and I could not recommend eating in this hotel. The room we were finally given (after complaining about the first 'offering') was neat but the bed was too short. All in all, the hotel package (2BB+1D) was overpriced, and I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The gym and swimming pool. The noise from the bikers, no food at bar when wanted. Did not appreciate being woken up at 23:50 to move my car, not enough parking space. |

Good pool/Leisure centre - Staff very nice/efficient - okay room nothing more than expected but nothing less either Food was okay but not great - standard sort of fair - breakfast was good but poor layout (didn't know they have fresh fruit until after we had eaten) - However this is just because you asked in general it was fine |
