Staff v.friendly,from cleaners to reception,rooms luxurious,Better than many 5 star hotels.Will definately stay again

we met up and stayed at the kenmare bay hotel to facilitate a family reunion the room was very spacious and spotless .pictures on the bedroom wall very relaxing to look at. staff very friendly and very obliging.. breakfast gorgeous beautiful view from dining room definately will stay there again also sentiments expressed by my family members.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Kenmare made it good from the point of view of driving.

The choice coffee in the rooms was awful, Robinsons made the first few minutes of the day awful... The choice of black pudding was of course Clonakilty which has lost its flavour, Rudds would have been better. The shower head was not female friendly as you couldn't avoid getting your hair wet!

Located in a scenic part of the South West. Friendly and helpful staff. As a mature couple, we were travelling with family and a young baby. Cot and high chairs were provided and even a play area in the dining room.

Lovely clean hotel in a fantastic location to explore the real kerry from. Then to return for a swim in there fine pool and a bite to eat in the local reasturants.

I would prefer to see more local staff.

Staff are very good and friendly Nice atmosphere Plenty of parking spaces even when the hotel is full

The bar is open too late and guests returning to their rooms at 2.00 am can make too much noise. Serving drink till such a late hour will lead to trouble

Having spent three days at the Kenmare Bay Hotel attending a family wedding I found it to be a most wonderful experience,. The staff were so courteous,accommodating, and generous of their time especially the blond girl staff member from Dublin, very helpful. The hotel is in pristine condition,as was the leisure centre adjoining. Location is excellent with a short stroll into Kenmare village, a real treasure throve of quaint little shops where the staff are so friendly. The weather this weekend was fabulous with temp in the 20 degrees,. I would highly recommend this hotel and Kenmare for holidaying or short breaks. Wonderful memories

The location was very good. Near to Kenmare town. Free parking.

Our Room 509 was I presume in the older section of the hotel. The room was old fashioned with a bed that should be replaced. I found the room to be full of dust and there was a large amount of dirt on the ceiling above the bed and on inspecting it I found it to be food which I thought was disgusting. Someone obviously threw it at the ceiling and the cleaning staff never saw it. I was very disappointed with the hygiene standard of the room. The cleaning staff were loud talking in the hallway and hoovering at 10am eventhough we didnlt have to vacate till 12 md. As it was a Sunday I was looking forward to the rest which didn't happen. I will not be staying here again unless I am guaranteed a modern clean room which isn't much to ask for.
