The extremely friendly and very personal attention offered by the hosts. Real "homely feel" which was most refreshing. Clean and comfortable lodgings and a freshly cooked Irish breakfast - What more could you ask for ? Kenny's get Top Marks from me.

I loved the warm reception from Suzanne, our room was clean and comfortable but with extras. We had a kettle, tea, coffee real milk and some lovely biscuits. We had a lot of information in the room of places of interest including maps etc of the surrounding area. Suzanne gave us a code for the front door which was great not having to carry extra keys. We used the onsite car park and was able to leave the car the following morning whilst we went shopping. The breakfast was so special, real coffee and real eggs from the farmyard. The meal was so fresh and everything that should have been hot was. I will definately stay there again.

I was disappointed my stay was for just one night.

When we first arrived, there was no one home. So we went to the pub Bar One and the bartender let us in. The family was at a funeral. We settled in and had dinner at Bar One and then Kenny came in and made sure we were ok. We were!! This B&B was the absolute best as far as everything being where it was supposed to be and even fresh milk for the tea in the room!! Good Craic at Bar One.

That we had to leave Castlebar, lovely village with friendly folks.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Central location for visiting the town.

Car parking was a little tight and WiFi was not available in the bedroom, although the guest sitting room was very comfortable to work in.

We were looked after well and nothing was too much trouble. Top people, great B&B

Kenny's Guesthouse was absolutely lovely and had some great special touches! After a long evening of meetings I came back in from the freezing rain to a beautifully decorated warm room, Barry's teabags, real milk, a little glass pot of biscuits.....an incredibly comfortable bed. I will be staying here on any trip to Mayo in future and if you want the personal touch from Suzanne and family...check out Kenny's!

We have stayed in this guest house before so we knew our vist to castlebar would be good. This is a very friendly home from home and the breakfast is always very good. We will be staying again on our next vist to castlebar.

What a lovely place. Thoroughly recommend Kennys. Great staff, comfortable room, central to the town, off-road parking, great price...and brilliant breakfast too!

Not being able to stay longer

The whole experience was very good from the minute we arrived until we left. Better than a lot of hotels I've stayed in! Excellent accommodation, breakfast, host.....need I say more...oh yes, Mrs Kenny even cleared the snow of my car and waved goodbye as we left. Nice!!

Very helpful staff- friendly and chatty. lovely breakfast. allowed me to park my car on their premises the following day as i was attending a funeral - sound!

L'accueil, la situation au coeur de la ville. Chambre très agréable, petit déjeuner à la carte très complet.

Proximité du restaurant de derrière et nuisances associées (odeurs). Salle de bain un peu vieillote. Ne prend pas la carte bleue.
