Stayed here before an early flight from Dublin airport. Good food, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Booked early for good value.

Great room, friendly staff, quiet spacious rooms. Warning sign saying hotel will fine people for consuming their own alchol in the bed rooms. not that I would but it felt excessive.

nothing the man coming into my room at half 11 close to midnight screwing the TV off d wall that never worked and replacing it with another one, was a disgrace, no free breakfast for the hassle either. was a nightmare trying to get trew to the receptionist also. please discuss this with them or i will not be using this website again and il tell my friends the same also.

Staff was very helpful after arrival/. Room comfortable. Safety appears well managed except the safe did not close. When making reservations I was told that there wa s pick up and drop off at the airport. Upon arrival on (very busy 3/17) weekend (when no other motels were availabl , I was told that no transportation was possible on either day. I then had to pay a cab from the Clarion Hotel more than $ 40.00 to take me to & from airport. Because of this I would probably look for another site in the future.

Freshly cooked breakfast. Professional friendly staff. Spacious clean bedroom. Comfortable bed. Shuttle service to and from Airport. Only 1 channel on tv. Dim lighting in bedroom.

the rooms are lovely, the staff are lovely, especially Bridget in the breakfast area. the wifi is not great and as I need it for work and contacting my family when Im away I was a pain. This is the second time I stayed here and the last unfortuately. I stayed here because of wifi and shuttle service to the airport is advertised. On both occassions it was not available on either end of my trip, thats 4 times. The first time I was told there was a party and the driver was not available. On the return trip there was another excuse, on this trip the transport was not available at all no excuse offered. The problem in booking via the booking site is that you only get the opportunity to ask questions after your booking is made and paid for. Each time they contacted me and said it was unavailable but I would have lost the money if I cancelled. Also this is not near the airport. I was told it was 2 miles. It was 25 Euro in the taxi. I could have stayed in a 4 star in the airport for less money and saved hours traveling to and forth. They should change the details on the website and this would solve this problem.

Staff were excellent - we arrived very late but they could still organise tea/sandwiches for us without any fuss - and they were very nice sandwiches too!! No airport shuttle - they really need to look at this (especially is somebody needs to get to the airport early in the morning)
