The room was very comfortable and staff friendly. Excellent base to explore Kerry, located in between Dingle peninsula and ring of Kerry area

Breakfast was not great and was overpriced

Quietness, spacious bedroom furnished with good taste, nice view on the countryside and quite rich breakfast with tasty variety of dishes. Fine breakfast room with very big bow window.Though the location is close to the crowded ring of Kerry it really offers peace and is very relaxing.

No one respond to your request or call. No facility in the coffee room. There was no hot water for coffee or tea. Owner did not respond on the day we left. Wifi did not work. No Ice machine. Located too far from city and ring of kerry. no good restaurants or bars close by.

The owner's were wonderful and very friendly. My son took a run in the morning and came across the ruins of a church from the 1200s, now used as a graveyard entirely, not just the grounds, but including inside where the building is. The room we had overlooked the pasture where two donkeys and three white horses were. It was very picturesque. Breakfast was good and served by the owners.

We needed a GPS to find where the B&B was. But it was beautiful there. Very rural.

We were centrally located to the Rings of Kerry and the town of Killarney. The proprietors were lovely. The house was elegantly furnished and quiet, with a lovey sitting room and breakfast dinning room. Breakfast was additional but we were on the road early so we didn't take the breakfast.

Very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable. Was nice and quiet at night which is always good after a long day! Water pressure was excellent in the showers. Great having wifi in the rooms to keep in touch with family on our travels!

I wish breakfast was included in the price.

Food was perfect as we were a group of 3 guys doing the ring of Kerry cycle - porridge, scrambled eggs, full Irish breakfast were all consumed with plenty of toast and homemade bread and was better than what you get in the majority of hotels. Our hosts were extremely accommodating with an early morning breakfast and are both extremely friendly and welcoming. Nice woods nearby to stretch the legs after breakfast and admire the views. A great midpoint location between Killarney and Dingle with stunning views, great hosts and lovely breakfast offering.

Not a lot - even the taxi ride from Killarney late Saturday night at €10 ahead seemed reasonable

Our stay was wonderful. The grounds and area were beautiful and perfect location to venture out to Dingle and other destinations. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly and the accommodations were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. We would go there again and recommend it highly.

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiing the Dingle Peninsula. A good value with clean comfortable rooms. The owner was very helpful in reommending restaurants and a place to do laundry.

The breakfast seemed a bit high priced and we did not include that meal during our stay.

A lovely place to stay. Kilburn House was very comfortable and enjoyable. Their lounge area for guests was beautifully furnished and a lovely, relaxing spot at the end of the day. The location was excellent with a lovely rural outlook but close to Milltown where we ate.

Kilburn House would have to be our FAVOURITE place while traveling through the UK. Gret was so very welcoming and was happy to chat, offer advice on things to do, places to visit and dine. The guest house is gorgeous. Our family room (catering for two adults and two teenage daughters) was spacious and was absolutely beautiful. Beautiful linen, large bathroom, comfortable beds, gorgeous furniture. The view from our windows was spectacular. Breakfast was truly lovely, catering for all tastes - fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt etc. through to a hearty cooked feast. The sun room was delightful and Podge was happy to keep refilling our coffee cups! We truly enjoyed our visit to Kilburn House and wished we had time to stay longer! Thank you Gret & Podge - we hope to return one day soon.

Gret is a wonderful host and could not do enough to help us. From the moment we arrived at the Kilburn House, everything was done to make us feel at home. The rooms are very spacious, clean and quiet. The location of the house is perfect for touring around Kerry, whether you want to go around on the ring of Kerry, tour around Dingle, or make trips to Killarney town (20 minute drive). Near the house itself, there are also some beautiful walks through woodland and countryside to enjoy, including an ancient Abbey to explore. Although we had breakfast on only one morning, it was very good. We also really enjoyed the lovely sitting room that is available for guest use, which is well furnished and tea/coffee and TV facilities. A perfect place to relax and not feel tied to a room.

Everything was perfect! The owner greeted us with a warm welcome and we felt more like family than customers! Only bad thing was that we did not get to stay longer. Next time we will plan a longer stay and will definitely recommend to everyone!

Beautiful home with much thought out in by the hosts for authenticity of the farmhouse. Loved the sitting room and garden out front which was great for us travelling with 2 young children who wanted to stretch after a day in the car. A perfect base to explore the spectacular Kerry region.

I booked breakfast on line, however, the children didn't really eat breakfast and host was unable to refund as price was locked in from the website.
