The friendly staff and great location, and a fantastic breakfast! The Hotel was clean and tidy. I would recommend this establishment to friends and family in the future. The tv could do with updating, takes up room, would look smarter and tidier to have a flat screen. Not sure if u have on-suits with just showers as the adults we were supporting had mobility issues and found it difficult to step into the bath for a shower.

I will never stay there again the staff were so rude to us and treated us like young children telling us not to make noise in the bar or games room on st Patrick's day stating how they have their regulars like they do t want visitors like us. It is advertised as you g and lively it is anything but...

The lady on check in was so rude and so grumpy she actually ruined our stay and st Patrick's day.. After many vists I will never return or recommend that place.

The staff were vey helpful. The rooms were very clean and nicely presented. Good central location. The beds were extremely hard and all 5 of us that stayed ended up with sore backs and necks the next morning. Also we were told by the barman early in the day that the daily special menu was on until 5pm but when we went over to the restaurant at 4:30pm the other barman told us it stopped at 4pm so the family was not happy that they had pay an extra €3 for the exact same meal they would have gotten on the daily special menu.

I liked the night life there and everywhere is within walking distince :) I didnt like the room we stayed in it was to small for the price we payed we went down to our friends room and he got a double and a single bedroom for the same price :(

Location was excellent, reasonable value for money. Room was pretty dingy, bed wasn't comfortable and the walls were really thin so could hear noise from other rooms with ease. Other friends were located in a different area of the hotel and their room was much, much more comfortable than ours.

If I was on a stag party, then great. I wasn't on a stag party. I was confronted by a doorman on my return from a wedding in a neighboring hotel and was interrogated for details like I wasn't really staying in the hotel. I felt like the guy was trying to intimidate me and had to try and not laugh in his face. It was really pathetic and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was refused.

Great location, fantastic staff, always keen to help. Clean and tidy with lots of atmosphere. Being picky, gents downstairs toilets, near the bar , were a bit smelly late Sat night.
