The room we were given when we Booked in first was Dirty,horrible smell of smoke ,and the Shower Tiles were not clean,we were moved to another room.No tea making facilities in the Room.No Top sheet on the Bed,Two single Duves on a Double Bed!!!!!!!!!.No products in the Bathroom ,except a old bar of soap. |

Good atmosphere, ample parking, very easy to get to and from major roadways and the city centre. Staff was friendly and helpful. Full menu in restaurant was not available as it was Sunday. Advanced notice of this fact (as it apparently is a regular occurence) would have been appreciated. Also, if the hotel is basically empty, it does not make much sense to give out the one room that does not have a working Internet connection. |

The room was very clean, modern and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that there was internet available. Staff were very polite and helpful. There was only a shower in my room and no bath. There are no elevators (however a kind member of staff helped me with my bags). |

The bed was confortable The staff were rude and made us pay on arrival. There was an awful odour upon entrance and the price was outrageous considering the run down nature of the hotel and lack of facilities. We only stayed because everywhere else was booked out. Much nicer hotels were priced similarily but were not available when we tried to book. |

The bed was comfortable It had a musty smell. The bathroom was clean on the surface but a little grimey in spots. The reception and bar area is dark and not very inviting. Breakfast was poor - 'fruit salad out of a tin' kind of place! No elevators so you have to carry luggae up 4 sets of stairs. Price is high considering the standard and that it is 5 minutes outside of Kilkenny City. Price does not reflect the standard. |
