we as a young couple with two small kids just wanted a break away from the norm... we found the hotel to be lovely and relaxing, the food was second to none, we enjoyed every second of our stay |

Cenral location to City, parking facilities and pleasent staff. Carpet in room could have been cleaner - there were a few stains which I would not have expected in an establishment at this end of the market. |

Location, Clean Room Car Park was very small and tight for size of hotel. Every guest who has a car has to pay €2 each time they exit the car park. I thought this was an unnecessary additional cost considering the price of the hotel. The receptionist was dismissive when I asked her the reason for the additional charge. |

The front desk was very accomodating as we arrived early in the day and they provided a room for us. It was a perfect room overlooking the Castle. Just perfect!. |

The view of the Castle was great both from the room and from the outdoor bar area. The bar food was excellant and since we had a late lunch before arriving at the hotell we did not want a full restaurant dinner While the rooms were spacious the bed was tiny. I descriped it as a "Goldilocks room" there was the Momma bed and the baby bed but you forgot the Papa bed. At over 6ft tall the end of the bed came to just above my ankle. |

The reception staff were very friendly. The porter was extremley helpful. The bar and decor in the corridors were lovely. I requested a room over the river and did not get it. I was woken up at 7am by bottle bank noise. I did find the pool dirty and the sauna had a huge split in one of the seats, this is neither safe or hygienic.The hairdryer had loose wires from it, extremely dangerous.Even though the porter looked at it and was very helpful there was not one on hand at the time. He did say he would buy one but I did not have the time. |

My husband and I found our stay at the hotel very relaxing and enjoyable. Due to weather being unpredictably nice the river terrace was wonderful Car park was very small and narrow |

Enjoying the spa, dining in the restaurant and having a drink in the bar or on the terrace. Excellent service. Good parking and location. Beauty treatment appointments were all booked up and staff member did not make the effort to squeeze me in or rearrange other bookings. |

The hotel was beautifully appointed and the location beside the Castle is wonderful. The room was clean and felt luxurious; hallways were lovely.............overall excellent value for the money and would highly recommend it |
