Fantastic setting right in the heart of the city. Lovely riverside location. Staff very friendly and as a solo traveller the bar staff made me feel like I was a local. One of the best Ceasar Salads I have tasted in a long time. Room very clean & comfortable and an excellent breakfast. Only one thing the enterance to the hotel needs more sinage to let drivers know which enterance to use. Very narrow opening so make sure you can judge your car but once inside very safe & secure parking. |

The staff could'nt be more helpful, the friendliest i have come across in a long time. The rooms were excellent,the location ideal and Killkenny is at the top of my list for places to visit in Ireland. The hotel was a big factor in a fantastic weekend break. |

The brightness, warmth and welcome when I first entered the hotel reception. The room I stayed in was on the 1st floor facing the river - it had a small balcony. The room was comfortable with deep rich colours giving an extra warmth. |
