Hotel is very central, staff are well-trained, very professional and pleasant. The old building is very tastefully maintained. Menu available in the bar is varied and tasty. The central location of the hotel on the main junction, along with the lovely original single-glazed windows and the popularity of Kilkenny as hen and stag party capital of Ireland means that I got no sleep during my night's stay. The bathroom was very cozy, but the bedroom was very cold.I will recommend Hibernian for food and drink, but in future I will stay on the outskirts of the city. |

The staff were extremely helpful and they couldn't do enough for us. Especially the night porter with the late bar. The hotel is in a great location and the food in the hotel is lovely. The lack of parking. It was €34 for the three nights in the multi storey carpark. |

Centred in The middle of the city a minutes walk from kilkenny castle and many restaurants and good cultural pubs. They also cover your parking from 6 to 12 each night. It only cost me 3 euro to park for the night. The room Was very hot. Air conditiong was broken. |

The hotel was nice generally, good breakfast, hotel bar and club facilities, etc. Was very unhappy with the room. I expected it to be a lot bigger and was quite shocked when I saw how much bigger a twin room was (and for the same price), I would have preferred the twin. Most hotels provide tea making facilities and at least two small bottles of water and these were unavailable. The room was extremely stuffy and hot, something really needs to be done about that in the future |
