Love Killarney National Park and proximity of same from Hotel Standards a little poor for a 4 star, example no table cloths on dinning tables. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly with advice on where to go/what to do and where to eat out. With an excellent central location and comfortable room this hotel was great value for money. Our rooms decor was a little dated but clean, tidy nonetheless. |

I found this hotel great value for money. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were both clean and big. The additions of mints and bathrobes in the room was unexpected and great. I would stay in this hotel anytime I will visit Killarney. The only drawback was the restricted parking |

Although, I did not get her name, the receptionist was fantastic. She was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. She would be a huge asset to any hotel. |

Excellent location as although in the town centre, the hotel is in a quiet location and not on one of the streets busy with bars and shops. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel. Very nice traditional bar located in the hotel. |

Very convienient for town, within walking distance of all of Killarneys pubs etc. Comfortable and relaxing! On site parking an advantage. Needed a late check out which was no problem when asked! Room was close to an air-con vent outside which hummed all night. |

Receptionist was phenomonial! Never seen such professionalism or helpfulness in any other hotel I have stayed in. All needs were catered for and nothing was a problem. Food was great and came very quickly for breakfast - Priced extremly reasonable also. The hottub in the room was also a great added bonus which we had not known about booking! Booked a luxury double but was given a twin room. Room might have been a bit small also. |

The bedrooms had been very carefully decorated and furnished and the bathrooms were lovely albeit tiny. Good parking in front or beneath hotel.Good location. Chlostrophobic - the low ceilings with fake wood panelling everywhere make it very dark. Bedrooms are quite small and bathrooms very small. Walls extremely thin - we could hear every word said by the people in the rooms next to us and could clearly hear their televisions. |

Great location, enjoyed the national park. The drinks menu gave a small list of imported beers but when i ordered at the bar the staff had no idea what i was asking for.I think 4&5 star hotels should have good range of world beers, just like wine. |
